Quality fringe, exactly as described. Excellent price (compared to others and fast delivery, so what’s not to love? Only thing I’d ask NC to consider is to offer 1/2 bolt as an option. These machines are tough and reliable...the main machine that does 90% of the work in my shop is an NC6 and I can’t tell you how happy I am with it’s performance. Also the customer service has been great! The entire team has been great! My needs have always been met and my questions relating to maintenance, service, education, and usability for my machines has been beyond my expectations. Great work guys! I was hesitant to purchase this machine for 3 reasons. It is no longer being manufactured, I had not used a drapery tacker before and lastly I live in Massachusetts. I was lucky to speak with Mal Maher Snr. who made the process seamless and had me send him samples to demonstrate that the machine would handle my needs before I made my purchase. Disgusting terrible rude service! Overpriced, they do not price correctly ! The son was totally rude with my girlfriend and i . The entire staff are rude except Gina Ann she was very warm and sweet . I dropped off my Binding Machine and they serviced it without even calling me prior to doing the repairs to at least make sure I wanted to go ahead and spend $750 on the machine.
