Purchased a Kubota Zero-turn mower from Burke. Contacted them through their website and worked with Andy, it took about 10 minutes for the whole process. Picked it up a couple days later in Newark from NJ. Got nothing but the run around locally from John Deere and another Kubota dealer. With Burke the process couldnt have been easier and got the model I wanted. They didnt have the accessories I wanted but were willing to just ship them to me when they came in. In the end it was well worth the drive, excellent customer service.

Parts counter guy was nice. However, the other tattooed guy was completely unprofessional and annoyed by me from pretty much from the moment I walked in. Immediately told me the Toro part I wanted didnt exist and went back to his office. Parts guy and I found it on Toro website but no part number. Part guy pages tattoo guy for help, tattoo guy loudly audibly groans from office returns to parts counter and stands corrected in regard to part existence. Then tattoo guy quotes me 3x the price of part as listed on Toro site lol. I expected to pay a premium at a smaller independent shop but come on. Toro should know how they are being represented by their official dealer. Tattoo guy was completely unprofessional with his attitude towards a buying customer in the showroom. Needless to say I will likely never do business here.
Andy McCullen is one of the most helpful person I have been lucky enough to purchase equipment from. The folks at the Newark were also extremely friendly. I recommend you visit them before buying equipment from someone else.

Purchased my tractor totally online. Was quick and easy. Andy was a real asset during my experience. I had many questions since this was my first tractor purchase. I highly recommend Burke Equipment Company and Andy McCullen for all your equipment needs.
They told me that they wouldnt be able to look at my snowblower for at least 3 weeks. They suggested I check with Atlantic tractor. They were able to work on the snowblower. Burke equipment gave up a customer service for the benefit of the customer by recommending a competitor who could work on the snowblower sooner.
So, I was shopping for a Kubota Z781i. Glenn was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The price was cheaper than any price I could find online, and the financing was quick and painless. I would highly recommend Burke Equipment to all of my friends and family!

Great experience with Burke Equipment. Bought a Stihl chainsaw and had a few issues with it - most likely a defective unit. A manager worked with me to get me home with a working saw so I could get back to work. The employees were very nice and really care about customer satisfaction, will be back for more equipment in the future. Highly satisfied

Bought my first bx1870 i had wonderful relations with them .then i traded for a B 2301-1 i had some issues with new one called set up service appointment, had service tech come to home seen it was. warranty problems corrected it excellent expert tech. i recommend them to all.

Ok service. I ordered a part for my tractor. 3 weeks later and still waited for ghe part. Went to American service center down route 40. They had the part right there!

As expected outrageous pricing at the dealer. Paid $2350 for them to replace rear axle housing on my tractor. They took a week longer than scheduled and never called to inform me of the progress. They also tried to up charge me because they misquoted intially.I wish I could recommend someone better in the area but I had a very difficult time getting any local shops to call me back.Why is everyone in delaware a flake?
High prices and be prepared for the upsell. Took in a piece of gear that had a leak from a very specific spot. They fixed or replaced everything else except for the original problem. Then tried to say they werent told about it, even though when talking over the phone, they said that particular part was still on order. Will not use them again, and I encourage others not to.
