Good service and very knowledgeable staff. Took me a second to find the store. Its located right next to metro pcs.

As someone who knew absolutely nothing about shipping the first time I walked in, the staff at this location was a godsend. They have been patient, helpful and kind on my many visits.

In a time and age when I find customer service lacking at so many business establishments, it was really great to be at the UPS store on South St. earlier today. The Manager was helpful, courteous, and very professional and like- wise was her staff. It was refreshing getting such quality treatment at this UPS outlet and definitely know where to go to take care of my shipping or printing needs.

I live in NC and I needed to get some emergency obituaries printed to be picked up in Newark and a representative by the name of Felix (I believe this is his name) went out of his way to assist me. Thank you Felix and The UPS Store!!
