Avoid this place if you can. The lady in front is extremely rude. It does not matter how pleasant you are she is just nasty. Take your money elsewhere where you are treated with respect and as a value customer.

The place is loaded with party stuff the lady Rosa was very pleasing and helpful. Definitely recommend..this was on the day I ordered the ribbons 3/22/19.I picked up the ribbons and I have to say theyre amazing. The lady had them ready before time much appreciated.Definitely recommend this place theyre very professional and curteous.

The lady here treats you like actual garbage. She speak to you like you’re stupid. I think she was having a bad day so I decided to be extra nice to maybe make her day a little better. Instead her attitude grew even more. I was extremely shocked at her attitude so I said “I think I’ll just go” she made it seem like I was nothing while she agreed....I was like “wow please treat your next customers nicely because you’re being mean to me and I’m not sure why” and she asked the man there to get me out....he grilled me....and I was so frightened by the attitude of these people that I decided to leave.... I remember when I was a kid I came here once and I remember them being rude to my parents. I decided to come to this store since it was on the way to my destination. I originally did not realize it was the same store until I was a block away. I also wanted to give them another try since I wasn’t an adult back then and still always thought the store on the inside was cute. However, these people make everything they have look as trashy as they make people feel.

She’s very rude and nasty to her customers. She tried to rent me dirty chairs and when I asked would they be clean for the event she flipped. I kindly walked out and kept my money don’t waste your time.

Like a lot of other reviewers have mentioned, the lady here needs to learn how to treat customers. She doesnt help and neither does she entertain customers just looking around for stuff. I dont know if thats how she speaks but she came out pretty rude. I dont know if she was having a bad day but after reading some other reviews it seems like this is her nature! Not good for business! Sorry!

She is a very nice person and a beautiful store I will always shop there I been going there about two or three years.

Horrible owner and service...rented curtains with the poles..had no use to at all Bc we couldn’t set it up ..even took picture of whole event to show the owner and still didn’t care or have a heart to reimburse me for the money I paid to supposedly “rent” it. She was smiling with a evil face and didn’t care about her customer. Don’t give her business..her keepsakes are CHEAP and already made..I asked for teal coral and fuscia flowers and she gave me light blue pink and yellow flowers.

I got all my party supplies from here and the prices were really fair compared to other places plenty of parking off the street i would recommend to anyone having a party the lady is really good at what she does, the printed ribbons where excellent they also have a custom party invitations really nice people work herebring CASH ONLY no credit card maybe in the future they will accept credit cards

So due to and emergency we no longer needed the rental chair for our shower. I called party world only to get multiple contradictive responses. I was told that they need 24 hours in advance to cancel custom orders which we never asked for Also was not expressed at all at purchase. I was then told that we should have asked what do we do in and emergency. As well as they redo everything on the chairs and we asked for a custom order once again. We never asked for a custom order we asked for a chair that was already done as is and nothing else was said at all! I was hung up on multiple times also was told I was playing a game of semantics because I stated none of these policies were told to us or written on the reciept and she kept changing the policy over the phone every time I caught her in a lie. she kept going on about she knew we were told this at purchase then later said she doesnt know if she was there and continues to contradict herself and say anything to keep her payment I mean it seems like this place needs the money pretty bad. So Im not going to put up a fight if you need anything for a shower please DO NOT GO HERE unless you want a headache. Im sorry to anyone who was ripped off by this party place.

I went with my 3 year old son to this store because I went to buy baby c souvenirs because Im about to get another baby, and believe me if you want, I was treated like garbage. The poorly educated woman looked like a crazy sweeper, saying all the time that my son would break her things, let it be said that in passing everything is very badly organized, a mess, you dont find anything you want and everything is very expensive. And finally she kicked me out of the store telling me to go back without my son.Badly loved little woman must not like children I do not know why then there is a store of this kind that hopefully will go bankrupt because this lady does not even serve to treat a horse let alone with human beings. I dont recommend anyone going through what I went through ...

I have never seen such a bipolar lady, she is not good at caring for people, it is very rare.
