This Verizon Team Solved My Problems!I went into to activate my phone. I was greeted openly and with a smile. Tiana-sales representative, took special care to troubleshoot the issues. She was persistent and determined to solve my technical problems. She never gave up until the issues were resolved. Her manager also helped meet my needs. This is a Wonderful group of dedicated professionals.

I was well treated by a courteous and competent representative who also was advising a coworker.

April was awesome!The young ladies were witty and very professional. Best customer service that I have ever had. April carried my products to my car due to my injury. The atmosphere is total different than previous years. I strongly recommend that you visit this location. The ladies are approachable and very knowledgable about the products.

My experience with April was awesome! She was very knowledgeable about the phone that I was purchasing and made sure that I understood everything. She sent me a reminder text me to make sure that I had everything downloaded to iCloud so that I would have all of my photos and other info saved. I really appreciate her patience, as well as her friendliness and would definitely recommend her to anyone who is purchasing merchandise from this store.

Awesome service and great importance towards the virus

Did not honor what they told me when setting up new account. Price was different from what they said. Manager was of NO help, actually told untruths to my son. Made promises he did NOT keep. I definitely do not recommend this store for Verizon

My wife and just bought 2 Samsung Galaxy s10 Plus phones from our Verizon store in Newberry SC. Your associate April waited on us and deserves kudos! We are not techno savvy at all. She was great! She could not have been more nice, kind, patient, and understanding with us. We and Verizon are very fortunate to have someone like her serving our wireless needs here in town. Again she was fantastic!!

Horrible customer service. I went to pick up an order online which had been canceled due to not being in stock. The young girl at the store was like, heres the number to ISPU, you call them. She didnt care. This is why I cant stand doing business at the retail stores!!

If I could give you less than one star, I would. I spent 45 mins waiting in line without being acknowledged a singe time. There were six people in line and two people working. No one who walked in was acknowledged. HORRIBLE customer service. I will not return. Ever. If you value your time, I would not waste your time with this store. Drive to Columbia to the actual corporate Verizon.

This is one of the best Verizon stores if not the best. I have shopped here since moving to South Carolina in 2015 and their customer service is beyond the norm. I stopped there yesterday evening because I could not get my new LG 6 to connect to my cars Bluetooth. The rep, Connor, jumped to my assistance and had me working in less than 5 minutes.

AnTwan was such a nice young man. He helped me and made sure I got all my content on my new phone. Go see him!

Went to purchase new line of services after speaking with a sells rep over the phone. once at the store they gave me the run around waited for like a hour for them to tell me they couldnt sell me a phone because of the type of debit card I was using.while I was there waiting I talked to someone on the phone from customer support android they tried to explain to them that I could used in store just not over the phone they still refuse to do my my application.Next day went went to the Verizon store in Chapin S.C and got my phone with no problems and used the same debit card. and now Im enjoying my new Iphone XR!!!!!The people out there needs better training

Every time I come to this store there seems to be only one employee working who barely knows what they are doing. Needs more taffy and better training.

AWFUL customer service... In the last week I have had to go back twice for the same issue because they would rather give you some BS reason your phone isnt working than sit down for 3 minutes and actually look at it... The time before that I sat there for 2 hours while they talked about their own lives instead of focusing on getting our stuff done.. I stood at the front desk staring directly at them and the woman still proceeded to talk about her relationship issues instead of asking if I needed help.. They do not act professional AT ALL! Everybody I was with agreed.. I will be going to the Columbia office from here on out..

Would never go here again and never recommend this store to anybody. I called Verizon Wireless Corporate Office and they said to me quote unquote Dont ever go here again. Heres the funny thing all I had to do was update to a new phone and they couldnt even do that right...then wouldnt want to return the internet service because they said I was over the deadline and was mad at that because Corporate Office said I was within the deadline to bring it back. The manager here is the worst manager ever in trying to run a business and dont know what hes doing. Thank you Corporate Verizon Office for telling me to never go here again and just go to Greenwood instead which is a real Verizon Store.
