I called them today and told the young lady I was on my way to order a sign because she was busy with a customer. I drove from Peachtree city and upon my arrival there was no one there to help me because the production guy told me she would not arrive until 1PM.I feel obligated to support our local businesses to help them because of the impact that the Pandemic has had on them. The gentlemans indifference was if he did not care. I will never go back or give any business. Customers make pay days possible!

Originally had magnets to advertise my business but after getting a new truck with aluminum body I needed an alternative. After providing the existing magnet design & what Id like to see with new vehicle, the artist/designer came up with fantastic peel-off decals so the color of my truck is seen behind the lettering. I love how it looks & will continue to use FASTSIGNS for any of my advertising needs. I highly recommend their attention to detail & customer service.

I was in the process of ordering a small above a mailbox and a rider sign. Everything was smooth up until there was little to no communication after 3 weeks ago.I called to follow up and when I expressed my disappointment about the lack of communication, to my surprise the owner David was rude, disrespectful and ultimately hung up on me. In his words “I am too busy to deal with this or your banter.”As a customer this crossed a line. I would never recommend them to anyone, their customer service is absolutely disgraceful.Business should not be conducted in this manner at all. Especially by the owner.

Very nice people. They got back to me very quickly on my request, and communicated often before production; such as what the sign would look like, potential issues, etc.

My company put in a request for some magnetic signs with our logo. We sent over a description and got back a quote that we thought was fair and honest. They were not responsive and three days after they promised the work would be done I was still waiting all I kept getting was we will check and call you back. Finally they told me they thought it was done but they were sorry it was never done. Would not recommend them.

They seem like nice people, but its deceptive behavior. They will not call you back or even really complete your work. I paid an excessive fee with the promise that my work would be done in 3 days. I needed my item by tomorrow and so I went in the store to check the status. When I got there they told me that my image would not work. This is after they told me initially that my image would work. I waited over a week and I never received a call about my project. I had to go into the store on my own to receive the bad news, they did not call ahead of time to try to work out my issue. Not worth the stress of dealing with this place.

This is the best one - stop shop for graphics and signage in Atlanta metro/ Newnan/ Peachtree City area. They have saved me countless hours of research and time and I absolutely love the design work created especially for my new business. Great group to work with and they know design, aesthetics, and marketing advantages backwards and forwards.
