Dropped off a $65 under armour shirt to be embroidered with my company logo. Shirt got stuck in the machine, ripped a hole in it. I understand, it happens. My problem is, the owner was indifferent about it. He said sorry, get another shirt and Ill do it for free. So Ive traded my $65 shirt for a free $10 embroidery. He couldnt have cared less. There was absolutely zero consequence for his screw up. Didnt even offer to replace the shirt. Needless to say, I wont be back.Edit in response to reply: A stand up businessman would pay for a replacement or at least offer to. You did neither. The sign protects you from being legally liable but we both know what the right thing to do is.

I went the last year, and Im a NASCAR diecast collector, and he had everything I needed Im definitely going back sometime. The owner is a really nice man. Prices are cheap on most things👍
