The store is being changed around and yes it can be very stressful. This is not only to the employees but to customers. Then it hits. You know.gotta go gotta go right now. Well upon entering the ladies room, it was horrible. Toilet paper pieces all in the floor and empty toilet paper roll holders in stalls. I have never in my life seen a target bathroom in such a horrible mess. Dont neglect the restroom just because the rest of the store is changing around. SMH
