Cant ever say anything bad about Starbucks. Good food, good service. 👍

I waited 20 minutes before I cancelled my drink order. Manager and 2 additional staff members were hiding in the back not helping the 3 on the floor trying to get orders done. Not even a sorry from the manager on the long wait time when she finally came out to give the refund. Don’t waste your time here.

They do their best to keep the line moving quickly. Staff is always friendly and very efficient. I have yet to order a drink that has been made incorrectly. Im always happy to add a Starbies pitstop when running errands.

I was there on Wednesday and waited at the pick up counter for 15 minutes. I could see my drink on the other side of the counter just sitting there. I assumed it was done but I didn’t want to be rude and reach across. Someone finally acknowledged my existence after just sitting there talking to their coworkers the whole time I was waiting. Grabbed my cup for me and realized it was empty. Then proceeded to question me about my drink acting like they couldn’t make it. They were not out of the ingredients the person just couldn’t make it because they said it wasn’t possible. I’ve been getting the same drink at various Starbucks for months now. I’m drinking it right now as I write this. It’s definitely possible. I walked out of that store with no coffee, called customer service to get my money back since I paid on the app, and I will not return until I get assured that not only the staff is trained to follow simple instructions, but that they also don’t ignore customers in the store for 15 minutes while goofing off.

I’m at this starbucks 24/7 and they are always absolutely amazing. they have some of the nicest people i have ever met and they’ve never messed up and order.

They make my Keto iced coffee perfect every single time, thank you so much!

Waited 15 minutes for a iced macchiato, received a hot macchiato and they already seemed annoyed for whatever reason so I didn’t even bother to have them fix it. This Starbucks hasn’t been all that great recently.

Staff can never answer a question on any purchase topic. Must always seek mgr who is always busy. Not allowed to place order for purchase of bags of coffee. Frequently out of my choice of bagged beans & even mgr doesnt know if or when they may ever have this big selling product back in store.Today not the 1st time that inside store was closed due to staffing problems (Ill say!). Told to use drive-thru. You could grow old there...Up the road on Fayetteville Rd is a very different experience of professionalism, interest to help customer buy their product - whichis in stock. I never go to SB, but today I had to go for someone else, the young lady inDT was so polite and helpful. I give the customer service 10 stars

Way too strong and I don’t taste any brown sugar. Stick with Dunkin Donuts.

I love the design of this space compared to the other locations in town. The high ceilings and ample seating make it a fabulous place to relax with a book. The staff is always friendly and customer service is on point.

I just paid $5 for a half-full cup of coffee. With an excessive amount of sugar.

Store is very clean and nice as well as the color matching of the furniture and interior.. Staffs are very friendly and coffee is good as well !! 🤩

I did a mobile order and mine was great but my boyfriends was awful. it was a third of the way full with whipped cream on top of the ice and the girl in the window didn’t care when we were saying it wasn’t full. The whipped cream on top of the ice didn’t even reach the lid.

I really enjoy the friendly staff and service, but over the last 2 months I have noticed that the employees working in the drive thru don’t listen when people are placing their orders. It seems that they are hurrying to get the line down but forget about the accuracy or they aren’t being trained properly. I have not received the correct beverage in the last 2 months. Everyone working has good customer service but unfortunately that does make drinks correctly.

Drive through lane is a nightmare, spent often times 20-30 min there. Trash blowing around everywhere and the screen you order from dusty and dirty. Not to mention the dumpster that spoils you appetite while you order.

Need to find a better way to keep hours updated and publicly available. Google says it’s open, the papers posted show they are open but no one is there. Waited in line at the drive-thru way too long. Very disappointing especially since it’s the only one this side of town now.

The drive thru was busy but that’s to be expected considering the lobby is closed & it’s Christmas Eve, Eve. Despite the afternoon rush Amelia (I think that was her name, I really hope it’s close enough, if not, so she gets the recognition she deserves!!) was pleasant as ever! She was just so sweet and very apologetic about the wait. Would 10/10 recommend this Starbucks because of her.

They messed up my order, and we didnt realize until we were already on the highway and couldnt go back. Ordered a drink that comes with two shots, asked for and paid for a for a third shot to be added. A few minutes later we realized it only had one shot in it. The other drink we ordered tasted like it had zero coffee in it at all.

The service was good, the store wasnt packed, the coffee was perfect. Having it served in a large ceramic mug was a plus for me.Pumpkin Spice Latte

I am an avid Starbucks drinker. I usually go to the one a Thomas crossroads (which is great btw)They were super busy so I decided to co.e here because it was on my way anyway.I ordered a Venti Salted Carmel cold brew (My usual) light Ice Add a shot of expresso and Extra foam.This is my usual.They were busy so she handed me drink and I pulled out. It had hardly no foam...and taste like water with alot of cream. It was awful and for 6.50 for a cup of ice water with cream was a bit overkill.

The nicest bunch of folks you could ever meet. Their speed of service and overall willingness to make sure you have the best visit possible makes this store one of the best. They take the time to get to know you and your preferences. They ask how youre doing and make suggestions based on what you like. Awesome, awesome place.

Busy drive thru, quicker inside

Hello, I had came here around 5:30pm. I had ordered 2 feta wraps & two coffees. There was a was a sticker that had got cooking oh my feta wrap I was really disappointed. I love Starbucks and to get my favorite sandwich and there be something to just gross me out idk if I can cone here anymore..

Descent. Not welcoming.

This location is my favorite. They always get my order right and Jimmy is very friendly and has amazing customer service. Its nice to truly always feel welcome here. Jimmy, needs a bonus or something he deserves it.

Made a mobile order and could literally see my order sitting on the counter, but they dont have a dedicated employee for these orders. So I had to wait for 20 minutes to get a mobile order. One employee was zooming around but the other employees were a bit more nonchalant.

Iced lattes always hit the spot!

Wasnt even open....didnt know this until we got off the highway. Should have a sign stating that they are remodeling before people get off the highway to get a Starbucks coffee or whatever

I go here so often, the staff knows my order. They are very warm and friendly, the service is quick, and the coffee is good!

I absolutely love this location. I will go out of my way to come to this location over others. Their service is speedy and my order is usually ready by the time I make it to the window. Workers seem happy to be there and their overall morale is great. Highly recommend!

To start off they got my order incorrect. Then once I got my drinks, that I order the same way every time I go to Starbucks, they were gross. They tasted like watered down expresso. The pumpkin cold foam did not taste like pumpkin. When paying $8 for a drink and it being gross is very disappointing. Definitely will not be coming back to this location.

Ordered a gouda breakfast sandwich, very cold, order 2 med pike coffees.....also not hot. I ordered at counter and waited 15 min. Wasnt worth the money. Time arrived 10:30am....time served 11:02am Monday

This is a great Starbucks from a service and to sit and do work, but its always so freaking cold in here! Thats the only reason I dropped a star. Im cold and my coffee gets cold too quickly. Turn up the heat!

Good food and drinks

Been to hundreds of starbucks, but was really impressed today with our experience. Hunter waited on us in the drive thru. Not sure if he made either drink or not, but he did all he could to make things right for us. Really appreciated his effort and customer service. Wife also made the comment that’s the location we will be visiting from now on.

I cant belive how good Starbucks is

I put in a mobile order as usual. I pulled up to the drive threw, when my app says it was ready. The lady makes me circle around even though no one was in line before or after me. I ask for a refund and they gave me the refund, but it was not the full amount. Short by 21 cents, not a big deal. The bigger deal was the waste of time driving around for no reason. 1 person told me that he doesnt know why she told me to do this, since they were not busy. This location use to be good but lately its been a meh experience.

I love Starbucks, this particular location needs a little more training in customer service issues. Other than that, staff is friendly and drinks are great. The place is cleaner than other Starbucks and it is awesome!

Every Starbucks isnt created equal. This one was phenomenal. I ordered the Peppermint Mocha Frappucino this was my third time in 12 hours, the others were disgusting. I ordered one in Columbus, Georgia on Manchester expresswayit had no peppermint flavor very bitter, then I ordered one in Cumberland Mall it was more peppermint, terrible tasting. I trashed both. Thats $11.00 I lost

Try the Cafe Mocha cold .... it is the best .... and the service at this location is excellent as usual.

Tl;dr Coming from an unexperienced Starbucks-goer, this location was great.I dont go to Starbucks ever and I dont drink coffee. But the one time I purchased hot chocolate at at this location was a great experience. Indoor seating is spacious, the drink came out super fast, and the staff was polite.My friends and I stayed until closing and we didnt even realize 2 hours had passed.

A great place to study. The coffee is not the best to me. It always taste bitter.

Stopped here for first time and was pleased with decor and service. Only downside was they were out of bacon, cheese croissant and the barista got food order but not drink order. Sat outside on patio which is nice but chased off by lowlife who decided to smoke despite tables being clearly marked no smoking. All in all good.

Every time I make an online order its never ready on time. Then to make things worst after they finally make my drink, they let it sit on a shelf for several minutes before giving it to me. Sorry doesnt cut it. Get it together girls.

Its a Starbucks. Its exactly like every other Starbucks. Expect overpriced coffee served by at least one person wearing a beanie. Most of the customers have been sitting there for hours sipping on their free water borrowing the internet to upload pics to instagram or are editing their YouTube Videos that 3 people subscribe too.

They should have happy hours for morning too
