Office and waiting area was clean and airy. Arrived 15 minutes early, as requested to for new patient paperwork. Was called back before I could finish first page of the paperwork, told to remove my contact lenses and then was seated in a different waiting room. After 20 minutes, an assistant came to ask me if I had completed my paperwork. I explained that I could not, due to the fact that I was blind without my contact lenses, she replied with an apology and stated she didn’t think about that one. Was then left to wait 10 more minutes. Once in the exam room, Dr. Jeffries was great. She did a thorough exam, answered all of my questions, and explained she was putting in a new order for a stronger prescription for backup glasses and contact lenses. After reinserting my contacts and receiving trial contacts for my new prescription, I was instructed to go to check out. Everything went smooth, except, no one mentioned fitting me for my new glasses to be ordered. So, after getting home, I called and asked if this would be done when I come back in for my follow up to get my eyes dilated. This seemed to fluster the staff and I was told, “oh yes, this must have been overlooked.” All in all, it is a good office, great doctor, but a little unorganized. I got the feeling that the doctor was amazing, but the other staff was just interested in hurrying you in and out. Hopefully, this was just due to it being an appointment that was at the end of a Friday afternoon.

Hands down the best eye care place that I have ever been. A place that really cares, honestly, I was beginning to think that did not exist anymore! Dr. Jeffries is so kind and really cares, even her staff are amazing! Dede is a true sweetheart and has gone above and beyond to help refer me to a good neurologist. I cannot thank you all enough!!

Quick and up-to-date technology compared to my previous eye doctor. The staff are friendly and even engaged my daughter while checking my eyes. They are not pushy with which frame to buy like most places. Everything is explained clearly. One other great perk is that this place is open on Saturday; no need to miss work to check your eyes. Save the vacation days for something else.

Jeffries Eye Care is nothing but the best for all of your eye care needs! Dr. Patel was patient and incredibly sweet with my 4-yr old son who can be a handful. She took her time with him throughout entire appointment and made sure he was comfortable as they placed eye drops in for him. The glasses were in earlier than I had anticipated. The glasses were well adjusted to his face and my son had no problems wearing glasses for the first time. Could not have asked for better service!

We had a later appointment on a Friday for my son. This was only his second vision appointment ever - the first being a not so good experience (at another eye doctor). That being said, my son was hesitant and slow to cooperate (understandable). Dr. Jeffries and team were very understanding and patient with him. Even as their last appointment of the day, they provided us with excellent care. Im so happy to have found our eye doctor home. :)

We have been using Jeffries Eye Care since my now teenager was a 1st Grader! The Staff is always friendly and helpful and we especially love Dr. Jeffries herself (although the other Optometrists onsite are also great). The brand new location is beautiful and spacious and a well deserved upgrade.

Dr. Jeffries is wonderful! She is knowledgeable, caring and friendly. I always have a great experience when I get my eye exam. My only complaint is there was not enough attention paid to customers when picking up new glasses. There was only one person helping people who were picking up glasses, and the rest of us had to wait. I finally went to the front desk and asked for help. All of the employees were very nice. There needs to be more people to help the customers.

The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is the lack of a selection of cheaper frames. They have nice stuff, but its priced accordingly. I just wanted a pair of backup glasses. I didnt want to spend two or three hundred on frames Ill only wear a dozen times before the scrip runs out.

My appointment was at 3pm ans I was surprised that I didnt have to wait longer before being called back. As soon as I finished filling out 1st time paperwork, I was taken to the eye exam room. After the initial testing was completed, the optometrist came within a few minutes in to do her exam. I was able to look at glasses and check on pricing without any stress of purchasing. I was charged the amount that was quoted over the phone. Ive already recommended Jeffries to friends.

Great customer service and care - even handled a freaking out 7 year old great!

The frames are very expensive. Based on shopping around, the frames at Jeffries are more than double the price than everywhere else. With insurance my comparable frames would have costed about $260. Lenscrafter quoted $14. Both quotes were without the cost of the lenses. I could go to vision works and pay less for the Nike frames just paying cash without insurance.

I’ve never been to an eye doctor that refused to give me my prescription after my annual checkup. Upon checking out after my exam, the receptionist told me that I needed to come back for a follow up visit in a week. I asked for my contact prescription and she refused to give it to me. She said I will receive my prescription at my next appointment the following week. Every other eye doctor just gives you your prescription right after your visit. I smell a scam. After doing some research online and finding out that it is ILLEGAL to withhold a prescription from a patient, especially after they gave me the new contacts to put in my eyes, I called back. I explained to them that this is illegal and they agreed to give me my prescription. I will not be going back here. If you go here, DON’T agree to the follow up appointment unless you feel that you actually need it. They are just trying to take your money.

I must say this was the best eye doctor experience I have ever had!!! From check in to purchasing my glasses it was so easy and AFFORDABLE! 2 years ago I went to the eye doctor at a different place and spent 500.00 out of pocket even with my great VSP insurance. But this was only 140.00 out of pocket for everything! I highly recommend this place and will 100% be using them again!!!

Jeffries eye care is the bomb! Every time I walk into their store front I am treated like a rockstar. Dr. Amy Jeffries is thorough, genuine, and friendly. I made the mistake of going to Americas best one year when I wasnt insured and my glasses never felt right. Never again! My glasses are always 100% with Dr. Jeffries. The staff knows you by name and treats you like family. My contact fit was scary at first because Id never used them before but the girl who showed me how was patient and gave me some space so I didnt feel like I was under a microscope while trying to fit my contacts. I am so excited to be glasses free for the first time in 30 years! Contacts from Jeffries are flawless and I never knew that with my astigmatism I could even wear a pair! I love love this place! Highly recommend!

Been going to see Amy at her practice for about 10 years now, and refuse to see any other provider for my eye care. Great owner, great staff, and very willing to accommodate busy schedules.

This was first time visiting this provider, as I am new to the area. When I called to schedule the appointment, the girl had to ask me to repeat every single thing I said, as if she just wasn’t paying attention. I saw the male provider, who was professional enough during the exam, but he dilated my eyes without me having anyone with me to drive me home (on a bright, sunny day) and then forgot about me! I sat in the room waiting for his return for 30 minutes before he opened the door, saw me, and backed out immediately. I could hear him questioning the staff about who was in the room and what was going on and wanting someone to “figure it out.” A tech came in and I told her that I thought he had forgotten that he had dilated my eyes. She said “I think so too, but I’ll remind him.” He did come in shortly after and finish the exam and sent me on my way with a “Happy driving!” and a chuckle.I will try this office again but I will definitely specify which provider I want next time.

I had been for an eye exam a couple of months previous and found floaters and lightning bolts flash in one eye. When I called I got an appointment for that day and it was determined not to be an immediate issue. It was wonderful to see the doctor the same day as my problem arose. However I did wait 45 minutes beyond my appointment time.

I had an appointment for a new contact lens prescription and exam. I was standing at the reception desk waiting to check in and the girls didnt acknowledge me which felt like a good minute. I cant remember the doctors name, his information isnt on their website and I was told he only works one day a week. The exam was annoying and uncomfortable because the mask made the equipment fog up. I felt like the doctor was impatient and I felt rushed. After I got the new contacts he had me try them on and went on to a new patient, not following up if the new contacts were wearable or if they worked for me. The one lens hurt my eye but I felt like since it was a new Rx maybe my eyes needed to adjust. After wearing the lenses for a few days, I had to go back to my old lenses. At the follow up appointment the next week I was explaining to them the contact hurt. He made an adjustment and gave me a new pair, once again handing me the new lenses and walking away to go to a new patient. Well once again, I had an issue and had to track him down to get a new contact. I ended up waiting until he was done with his other patient.I feel like if he took time to see if the contacts were comfortable and okay, it would have been a better experience. Reading the good reviews for the other doctors at this practice, maybe the other doctors do care to follow up and not just have an assembly line of people all day? The reason I went to a place like this is because I felt like it would be better than a place like Costco, but I had better service there.

Been going here for several years now. Ive never seen Dr. Jeffries. Exam was very generic and impersonal. I understand I only come once a year but you would think there would be one person who remembers you and makes you feel welcome.

Staff were efficient and pleasant. Dr Jeffries is friendly, efficient and a great optometrist. Exam was completed pleasantly and I never felt rushed. She encouraged questions or feedback. Selection of eyeglass frames was good.

My first time at this eye care center and I am very pleased. The customer service is wonderful! Dr. Patel is top notch. A+

I have never had a bad experience in the 15+ years of coming here. The entire staff is always attentive and friendly. I have seen both doctors currently there and they are both amazingly friendly and genuinely listen to concerns and questions that I may have, and I never feel rushed when Im there. I havent lived in the area for over 7 years, but always make the trip for my eye exams and have no problem giving Jeffries 5 stars as they are well deserved.

The doctor did not go over all of the diagnosis. I was surprised to find that out.

Hello! It pains me to write this review, but I feel like it is necessary. For some backstory, I’ve been going to Jeffries since I was 12 ( I’m now 22 ). Up until this past year, my experience with Jeffries had been absolutely wonderful!! Every single staff member acted like they truly cared about me and my vision. I could call, tell them my problem, and they would be so accommodating. Something wrong with your eyes? They would be sure to fit you in the next day. They went above and beyond for their customers!However, this past year, I have noticed a DRASTIC change in Jeffries eye care. I noticed that the staff is completely different, the way they treat you is different, and the quality of service is different. The atmosphere created in the building is not welcoming. It’s overwhelmingly impersonal. While I have considered leaving for awhile, it wasn’t until today when I called to get an emergency appointment for a double eye infection that finalized my choice to leave. I called and explained that I was freaking out about my eyes as I don’t want to go blind. They said the next available appointment is about a week away. I understand that I am not special, but I really thought they would get me in sooner. Especially because I believe this eye infection is from a lake. This is a heartbreaking choice for me but I need someone who cares about my vision because it’s obvious that no one does here.

My mom has refused to wear glasses most of her life for one reason or another, one being that she doesnt trust medical professionals. I finally convinced her to see Dr Jeffries because I was concerned about her driving ability. After seeing Dr Jeffries, my mom agreed to get glasses and later told me that she had so much peace of mind now. Mission accomplished!

Highly recommend. Everyone is great to work with and eager to make you feel welcomed. The eye exam is through and I think this is the most correct prescription I’ve ever had. Lots of great frames to choose from. I got two pair of glasses and an awesome pair of prescription sun glasses. They worked with my insurance coverage to get me the best coverage and reduce my out of pocket expense. My husband will be making his appointment soon.

I’ve been a very long customer of Amy’s but this morning I’m really considering other options. I call to order a box of contact ( reading +250) standard. Nothing special. Was told I had to come in for an exam. I’ve ordered these continuously since I had surgery couple yrs ago. Never a problem, was told I could come tomorrow at noon, no thanks. I am high risk for virus and I’m not going into the office. In her defense I didn’t tell the young lady this info, I shouldn’t have to. Until today I would have given them a 5 star rating, feeling disgusted.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to get an emergency appointment and they were very detailed with my issue. Best experience to have as a first and in a panic. Both doctors were knowledgeable and made me feel important while explaining the urgency of my care. Great service, I would recommend to anyone.

First time here and I think I found my new eye doctor. I had gone to the box stores for a long time, because I could never find a place like this near where I lived.They are professional, willing to ask questions, and willing to double check work. I am far sighted with very light blue eyes. Other doctors in the past have moved on, even when the prescription has been super off. These doctors double checked work, tried different things to help me see better.The ladies on staff were not afraid to ask questions of the doctors when something didn’t seem right. Thank you for that!I would highly recommend them. Even my husband who’s hard to impress, was impressed by them.

I have been going to Jeffries Eye Care for the last 8 years. They are consistently good. The staff is friendly, and the selection is pretty good. They were patient with explaining my insurance coverage and with helping me find glasses that looked good on me when I did not bring anyone to help me pick glasses. (Recommendation: Look for frames before you get your eyes dilated.) The titanium lightweight rimless frames are expensive, but the rest of the frames are better priced. I had to spend some after insurance to get the frames I wanted.

She took the time with my daughters exam and explained everything we had concerns about. She didn’t make me feel rushed even after they fit us in their schedule. When it was time for her to pick out some frames the staff was every helpful. They even gave her a class on how to put her contacts in and out. Not only did they fit us in to their schedule we also left with glasses and contacts because Dr. Jeffries knew we had a long way home they accommodated our needs so we wouldn’t have to make another drive.
