In most cases the work looked like it had been done at the factory. Captain for a 62 Azimut here in San Diego. Owner wanted a better solution for launching the dinghy rather than dealing with it on the flybridge and wanted to add more space to the bridge of the boat as well. I worked with Dave Sell who did a great job of setting things in motion, ordering the lift that worked best for us and the yachts layout, and set up the installers who did a great job as well. Over the past 5 years IM has installed new Simrad 14” flat screens, stereo system with amps, new speakers and integrated Crestron controls, custom LED yacht name, upgraded entertainment system, Internet and Cellular connectivity. As well as introducing our favorite water toys with our Seabob, NautiBouy ect. We have appreciated IM’s professional approach to each project. I wanted to say how much appreciate the work that Dave and team at Integrated Marine Systems on both of our boats. All work was done professionally and on time!

We ordered a lighted name for our boat in May 2019 and were told by The owner it would be complete and installed by mid July.As of late September nothing has been done as agreed. In good faith we paid in full up front over $25,000 and have requested a refund. The owner does not return calls or texts.Just some of the frustrations that have happened up to this point:1. The first person he sent to do some work was very unprofessional and complained to us it was his first time he has worked with this company and he heard the owner doesn’t pay his contractors. We called Dave Sell, the owner and told him we would pay someone else directly to do this part of the job and he agreed, in writing to refund us that money - he has not done so since June.- it is now September.2. He scheduled his crew to finally install all our items the week of September 23. 3 items were to be installed. 1. Was made too big and couldn’t be installed 2. Was sent without all the proper pieces to install it correctly. 3. Third item was never ordered. Although it was paid for back in May. So, his crew was sent on a 5 hour round trip from Newport Beach to Oxnard for nothing. Not to mention my husband took off another day of work for nothing.These are just two examples of the chaos we have been patient with for 4 months.BUYERS BEWARE: I have been in the Boating Industry for 30 years and have never come across a more unprofessional organization as I have with this Company - the owner will say things just to get your money and not perform.Dave Sell, be honorable and confirm that you will send us our full refund as requested and agreed and we can all chalk this up to an unfortunate transaction that just didn’t work out. And, in the future please don’t make promises and agreements you can’t or don’t have any intention of honoring.Once we receive our monies, I will be happy to update this Review.
