Duffy Boats was awesome! I did bring the boat back super late which I was sorry about 😬 but they hooked it up as long as I came back for 2 more hours to ride with them. I came back New Year’s Day and have never seen a sunset so cool before than I did on the water that day! Overall experience was awesome and will definitely come back during summer!

We wouldn’t be able to manage without Duffy care and Duffy service. That’s just on a regular day and a regular year. But when something unexpected happens that’s when you really see the quality of this place. I feel like these guys really love their jobs because they go out of their way to do special favors. This is an edited and updated review of Duffy Care. I had a bad experience when trying to contact Duffy Care on a Sunday. Duffy had returned the boat after its annual service. Unfortunately, the ignition key was not returned (but a jumper wire was left behind). The lady answering the phone at Duffy Sales on Sunday was unable to help and did not have anyone at Duffy Care to contact re the whereabouts of the mission key. I have upgraded my review because Duffy has apparently corrected the problem by providing the Duffy Sales operator with a Duffy Care person available on Sunday to resolve similar problems in the future.

I have been a Duffy boat owner for 2 years. When we purcahsed our Duffy new the sales office told us about Duffy care and after owning much larger boats the services being provided were priced very competitvely.The real surprise came after the very first service. The wash down and interior work were way above average and the boat looked brand new. My last boats were a 52 Ocean Alexander and a 40 Tiara and I wish the people taking care of those boats did as good a job as this crew.I have emailed Tony several times, line around the prop, how to work the stereo, and he responds everytime within hours.The haul out and wax took out every mark on the boat..I frankly dont know why anyone would not have the service who owns a Duffy.
