Where to start... Super friendly and exceptional service! All smiles there! Came in with a large party including 4 small children. Staff was more than accommodating as well as extremely patient. Nice set up as well. Quick with orders. Clean restroom! Great atmosphere overall. The coffee tastes like your standard Starbucks coffee you can well get at any Starbucks so no complaints here!

I ordered thru the app and my order was ready on time.This location is really busy early in the morning.Sits around 12 people inside, 3 tables and a long one with high chairs.You can sit down by the window and people watch :)The employers were nice too.It opens at 5:30am everyday.

Drinks were prepared as requested. There was a long line for the restroom, since this place is full of tourists, like us. We biked here from Crystal cove, so we dont know the parking situation. the car traffic moved very slow. We were here at 4:45pm Monday. So you are better off park your car some where else and walk here.

Even if it is busy you should prob give it 5 stars anyway. Its the only starbucks on and near the island and has great customer service. Makes all your favorite drinks and keeps you from having to go somewhere you dont want to go just to buy those favorite drinks. So please give it the 5 stars it deserves. Even if it is busy. Your lucky in the first place to have it on the island let alone within walking distance.

Drink was good, but I have to give them a bad mark, because they had their bathroom closed, even though they are open. A mother asked if she could please take her little boy in, because he really had to go, but they said it was closed. Not for repairs, but just closed??? Very grinchlike for 2 weeks before Christmas.

Not enough people working the counter. It was busy and they should have had a few more people working. Just my 2 cents. Drinks took awhile to come out.

They advertised a free cup of coffee on your Birthday. Then said that I needed a club card with stars. Not sure what that means, but theyre not the best coffee place on the pike. In my opinion its a posturing place for faux rich people (yuppies). I guess giving a cup of coffee to a disabled Vietnam Vet on his Birthday (as advertised) is not part of their agenda.Starbucks sucks! And you know what they can do with their free Birthday cup of coffee...where the sun dont shine.

Many in the area. This one is one of the best. They are sometime slower than usual (Morning and early PM),but they are able to make their great coffee.

My girlfriend always loves it when we come to this Starbucks she calls it the cutest Starbucks ever. Mind you parking is all street parking if your driving and it gets quite busy. This Starbucks is more geared towards walking pedestrians so if you plan on dropping in to use the wifi and get some work done is think twice.

We explained to the people we need to use the restroom. They ask us to purchase something, so we oblige and pay 13 dollars for 2 coffees. They then after charging us tell us the restroom is closed and to please leave. Congratulations Starbucks, you just lost a customer for life. Im beyond disappointed with the company and just the lack of respect.

This place is a nightmare during the holiday boat parade. Bring your own coffee and use the restroom before. 30min plus wait.

I always drink Citrus Defender tea, it comes with honey and oranges. Here they gave me only tea from bags and that’s it.

Terrible products and service. The worst of the corporate coffee franchises. Go to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf instead.

Best place in town. I go there every morning to get a cup of coffee and a crosonte.

This is Adriber I will always provide the best and honest reviews. Great place to visit. Enjoy a nice walk around the Island beach and see the sea lions swim bye. The water is perfect. Have some great coffee. And walk around tons of mom and pop shops. I would strongly recommend minority too visit. Since they arent very many to be honest I think I only saw like 4 or 5 during this visit for a day. Some of the mom and pop store, not at all just a few, as you can tell by my minority name looked at me weird. But I think its due to the lack of minority presence. But overall is a great place to stop by and visit. As always Im the firm believer of quality over quantity. This is my review remember always look for adriber for the best and honest review. :-)

Came in for a Venti ice -water and the gentleman with the coolio afro was really nice and courteous. Very happy customer!

The shift superviser Julian Barriga was extremely awesome!!!!! his crew seemed on point, and everyone had my drink down to a T. the girl at the register slightly misheard my order, but Julian recognized me as a regular and made sure my drink was made to perfection! No hate on the register girl at al. but it seems that Julian runs a great shift. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STARBUCKS. GREAT SERVICE
