Came to Atelier By Tiffany because I needed a quick fix for my root hair coloring. From the time I entered to finish, Lucy and Eric was so amazing and friendly to make sure everything I need was taken care of. The overall service was great, and things were done efficiently which I loved and appreciated (its like the value my time!) I did particularly enjoy the brief hot towel massage on my neck after the wash:)
Debbie Miller, Newport Permanent Makeup lies and misleads online. Investigate her, I wish I would have before she destroyed me. Shes no specialists shes a hair dresser who does facials, makeup and permanent makeup. The pictures on her site are fake, its not her place she only has a little room. Contact the school who certified her in 2007 Huntington Beach Academy of Permanent Makeup and her co workers atThe Loft where she was a hair dresser. It should be against the law to lie and mislead the public.
Boonies is the best person you can get a haircut from, my son and I always get a haircut form here and it is always great. they always have a smile on their face and are very nice. He cuts hair the best like no one else. If you want a fresh cut this is the place to go to.
Debbie has a talent for what she does. I came to her with barely any eyebrows, uneven, non symmetrical, they were bad. And to top it off I’m a redhead. Debbie did a fantastic job of color matching my eyebrows, they’re not light or too dark and the shape is perfect. Foe the first time in over 20 years, I love my eyebrows and I have Debbie to thank for. Her assistant Ligia is wonderful as well, they both made me feel comfortable during the whole procedure. Debbie let’s you know exactly what to expect, and her expertise and honesty is the reason why I will only go to her to get my eyebrows done.
Debbie is truly amazing! She has taken huge dedication and perfection in helping me get beautifully shaped brows back after a near fatal accident I suffered through. Not only is she amazing at what she does, she is kind, humble, and an amazing woman. She makes you feel comfortable and at ease and Im thankful for her and my brows are thankful for her! She knows how to work through and perfect areas that I had scar tissue until it becomes perfect. Her assistant Ligia is also super sweet, kind and on top of things! Love them both. And dont forget about Chloe, the cutest pup in the office. :)
I came to Debbie to correct brows that were done by a local salon. She corrected what were badly shaped brows, and Im so happy with the end result. Ive been coming here for more than 5 years now and would not trust my eyebrows to anyone else!
Just cant say enough about how wonderful Debbie and her staff at Newport Permanent Makeup are! Such a professional, warm and welcoming office - always feel like I am in the best of hands over there! If you are considering permanent makeup (I get my brows tinted here) there is no where else to go than to Debbie at Newport Permanent Makeup! She is an expert in her field - is experienced, knowledgable (trains and teaches others), is professional, takes great care to achieve the best possible result and honestly, is also such a pleasure to be around. She has a big heart. And most importantly, I love my brows! Life changing having had them done. Thank you Debbie and thank you to her awesome assistant, Ligia! You are both wonderful!
I have been going to Debbie for about 10 years now . The first work she did on my face was to correct permanent makeup I had done that did not turn out well. I learned the hard way that when it comes to putting permanent pigment in your face, you should never go to anyone who isn’t at the top of their field. I wish someone had warned me of exactly how much can go terribly wrong when you let someone tattoo your face.I cannot express my level of gratitude to this woman for not only fixing me, but for also giving me the results that I originally envisioned when I started the whole process. She took my dark maroon, multi-colored lips (mind you, I am a Caucasian with blonde hair and blue eyes) and transformed them to a soft, bubble gum pink. It took several sessions and a lot of patience, but a few treatments later, my lips were pretty again. She also transformed my uneven eyeliner into something that I not only love, but I actually get compliments on all the time. Women frequently ask me how I get my eyeliner so perfect - without it looking harsh. And I have to confess to them, that I woke up that way :-).A few years later, Debbie did my eyebrows, which were virtually invisible, being that I’m such a light blonde. And she gave me the loveliest, most natural looking brows I could have ever hoped for. I wish I had done it sooner, but I was afraid they might look too dramatic against my pale skin. I have seen where permanent brows can look harsh and a bit like someone took a marker to the face. But she did hair strokes instead of solid color on mine, and it turned out soft, with just enough color to add some definition. I’ve always tinted my brow hair monthly which makes them pop a bit more. I still tint sometimes, but I find now that I really like the way they look with or without the tint. So, it saves me time. All in all, my journey with permanent makeup has been a bumpy one. But it has served me. After everything I’ve been through, I would never again even consider going to a discount place, using a Groupon or letting anyone touch my face who is not at the very top of their field. The money I saved, I re-paid ten-fold in embarrassment and suffering. Figuring out who really is at the top of their field and who is just copying pictures of other people’s work, well that’s a part-time job in and of itself. With clever marketing it’s hard to decipher truth. But if it helps, here’s a few things to look for that I had to learn the hard way:How many years in practice? How many believable positive reviews online? What is the credentialing of the technician? How professional and STERILE was the practice when you went in for your consult? (Sterility is huge here people….we’re talking about needles, blood, pigments implanted in the skin, etc. If you think you can’t catch something, you’re kidding yourself.) Sterility is equally as important as the competence of the technician.Ask if there are any clients who you can talk with who have had work done at the practice. If someone has a well-established practice, there should be hundreds, if not thousands of happy permanent makeup clients. So being connected by phone with a few is not out of the realm of possibility. Incidentally, I happen to know that Debbie has done thousands of permanent makeup procedures. Lastly, is permanent makeup the primary business or is it something that they do on the side, along with esthetics, hair dressing or nails (which is often the case)? Debbie only does permanent makeup. Not only that, she teaches advanced permanent make-up techniques to other professionals from all over the world. I know this because I was her model on one such occasion.Good luck in your permanent makeup journey. When it’s done right, it is STUNNING. I wake up in the morning and I feel really pretty without any makeup. And when I swim, I must say that I look just a little bit more put together than everyone else with melted makeup or makeup-free faces. It was so worth it!!!
