Good support. Bad headphones. Headphones being loud isnt everything. Its about quality, delay and others. Noise cancelling feels like music being turned up. Im talking about n-101.

Terrible quality speakers, they use YouTubers to try and say their product is good but in reality it isn’t

Had to give them at least one star to do this review. Have tried to purchase a set of their headphones from a sponsored YouTube video. Their PayPal link doesnt work, tried multiple devices multiple times. Customer service has been worthless!!! I get automated emails and still no one has fixed the issue or even suggested a work around. Why would I ever buy from them if their support is this poor when Im trying to purchase an item. Cant even fathom what would happen if I had a product issue. Disappointed and wont be buying any of their products....

I got my order. Love the speaker. Sounds better than I thought it would tbh. Sounds completely different with both halves on either side of u. Great speaker

Ordered on 12th Nov 2020. Received email on 17th Nov 2020 saying it was dispatched. Never arrived. When queried, customer service said they were out of stock. Tried cancelling order and refund but customer service have never replied. No phone number to call. No choice but to lodge a formal complaint with BBB. Next stop FTC.Update: still waiting for refund as products still not dispatched. Customer service still ignore my daily emails. (22nd Dec)Update: Full refund for product was received - but I lost $20 on exchange rate due to severe time delay from when I ordered the product. My nephew never received his xmas present on time. Plus I had to pressure KOVE by going to authorities to reach a result, (months later) that KOVE should have given me without question or hesitation: successfully refunded and make things right is stretching it a little! Unforgiveable negligence

Poor sound quality. The speaker skipped, like a record skipping. I tried to return and they only offered an exchange. However, they demanded a video of the sound. Really poor business practices.

Ordered headphones on 11/27/2020. They were shipped out on the 30th. After calling FedEx 5 times I was told the package was lost. I have emailed kove 4 times and I have yet to receive any message back from them. What a scam.
