If I could give zero stars I would. The store closes prior to posted hours. I bought boots ($157) at the location and asked the return policy prior to purchase. Employee told me boot camp be returned as long as they had not been used. I returned the next day to employees closing store prior to posted hours. I came back two days later to employee saying they could not take return and could only do a in store exchange. The boots had not been used or even removed from the box. They simply were a size to big and I had found boots my size at another store.The employee is the store owner’s daughter and she said her parents are out of town and she was not able to contact them. After rudely staring me down for several minutes. She decided to do the return and she did not need to contact anyone. In law enforcement your integrity is everything. This store and there employees are disrespectful and clearly have no problem lying to the customers. I will never return to this location and I don’t recommend doing business here. I have bought boots from this location faithfully every 6 months since 2015. I have never been treated like this by them but apparently with the younger generation running the business truthful, polite and respectful business practices are a thing of the past.

Good customer service and very professional. High knowledge of multiple platforms of firearms. Never had an issue with this shop and if you vote Democrat you probably don’t need to be going here trying to purchase a firearm.

They had exactly what I was looking for and for a decent price too. Although I was only there for one small item, after looking around a bit it appeared that they had a good supply on hand of the basic gear any 1st responders needs in the field. I do want to point out that the staff was super friendly and immediately asked what I needed help with when I walked in.

Been here plenty of times to pick up firearms that Ive purchased online and a few that Ive bought from the story and theyve been awesome every time!!! Customer service cant be beat! Very professional and extremely knowledgeable! I definitely recommend them for all of you firearms needs.

Ive used Quartermaster More then once for a ffl transfer, I have aways been treated with respect, the store was clean the staff where friendly and proficient with my items and transfer. I have been in other stores that did not give me a comfortable feeling. Which is not the case here.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff! I use this store as my FFL. Selection is limited because of high demand across the country, but they also have a good selection of tactical gear.

Hands down the best FFL in the area; in my experience. I’ve had numerous firearms shipped to them that I have purchased from various online vendors. Being active duty military...I can appreciate a business that is all about the 2nd Amendment. Check them out if you need an FFL or some gear if you are a first responder.

I had my first trip there a little while ago and I love this place. Staff is.very nice and they are well stocked with anything you could need. Also they are reasonably priced. This will be my new place to go for anything I need on the job.

I purchased an in stock handgun from QPS today at a fair price & excellent service. They also accept FFL transfers.Update: QPS as been my FFL for online purchases twice so far, excellent service!Update: Another online purchase FFL, very smooth and easy.

I didnt even purchase anything however, as soon as o walked into the door I was greeted by the person working in there and he let me look around the shop for a while. First time going in and I really liked it. If youre law enforcement or military I HIGHLY RECOMMEND/ SUGGEST you to go here. Ill be going back for sure.

Great customer service and super quick transactions

Amy & Harold Huber are top notch people and run a nice, small shop, thats down to earth. Honest folks that will do what they can for you, if its possible on their end. Otherwise theyve happily handled items coming in that have been ordered online at a nominal fee for myself and others.

I went in here last week thinking that I would be treated like Im always treated when I go into a gun store(since I am female) with trepidation and skepticism. This was the only store that I didnt feel this way. They made me feel welcomed and helped me chose between a glock and a sig. Thank you for helping and treating me like a person and not a sex. I will definitely recommend you to my friends and family!!!

Transferred 3 guns here. Owner is very nice and will continue to do my transfers here. I also bought a firearm here, no hassle and easy process. They dont treat you like a criminal for exercising your 2nd amendment right.

Ive always used Harold and Amy here at QM for my gun needs. Theyre patient, kind and really great folks to deal with. They have plenty of accessories too, for police and civilians. I highly recommend them to all of my friends and family!

Purchased a gun online and Quartermaster did the transfer. They called as soon as the firearm arrived and the transfer was very quick and cost friendly. Upstanding people and will be doing business with them for all our gun related needs.

I visited the store for the first time today. Looked around a bit then asked Harold about Glock (I’m new to Gocks) at the same time also informed him that I was not looking to purchase today. We conversed about them for a while, he showed me a few different models and answered all of my questions as if I had been a regular customer for years. It is needless to say I have found my gun store for however long I’m stationed here. If you are in the market for a gun or gear definitely check them out, you will not be disappointed.

Limited selection, not particularly friendly, just the closest place to get a gun transfer.Limited selection of firearms in store. When I asked if that was all they had, he snapped at me and said something to the effect of This isnt a museum, this is a gun store! We buy and sell guns, not keep them around for display, got it? They can order any gun for you through them but unless its the same price as deals I can find online, which I doubt, Id rather just pay the $20 transfer.Ive had better customer service at Superior Gun & Pawn and Marksman, honestly. Ive only been to QMS 4-5 times over the past 3 years, and thats just for the location. Nothing particularly stand out about it.

They accomplished an FFL transfer for me. The price was excellent and the service friendly, fast and trouble-free. The Federal paperwork is always a fuss, but QM streamlined it and it was quickly done. I plan to go back to see if their gunsmithing capability is as good.
