Very impressed with the service. Didnt get the young ladys name, but her initials on the invoice are AEW. Was greeted as soon as I entered the store, she just glanced at the part number I had written down, went straight to the part location, brought it back to the counter and completed the transaction. In and out of there in less than 5 minutes. Rare to find this kind of service anymore. Thank you.

I ordered a part online. They quickly responded with an email to let me know the status of the part ordered. I failed to read the email thinking it was a confirmation email. When I went to the store to pick up the part, I learned it was on back order for 3 weeks. I have a special dryer, so they arent kept in stock. They were very helpful and proactively refunded me the money. The part was much cheaper than the competitors. I wish I could of waited for it. Very professional and helpful!

I told myself to stop getting parts from this place the last time I visited. I always leave stressed and frustrated. The service is horrible and the lady was not helpful and unpleasant. Not sure how they stay in business. Was told the part needed to ordered. As I was exiting the building the part needed was hanging on the wall. She had no idea!

I walked in with an oven element, within literal seconds without talking to anybody a lady came out with the correct part. After searching 3 different stores for over 2 hours and online searching we got the part in just a few minutes.I HIGHLY recommend going here before even looking for Amazon.

Gina was the person that helped me I came In with an ancient part, I had no model and she was able to get me out the door preventing me from replacing my appliance. Very helpful and they had what I needed.Called on Tuesday about my clothes washer that broke and spoke to a very nice gentleman who was free with his time and very knowledgeable. This caused me to make the more than 1 hour drive for the parts I needed. When I got there, the woman who helped me was also very courteous and got me those parts.If you are a diyer and like to fix things yourself, head to Cashwells. Youll be happy you did, I guarantee it!

I am an owner of an appliance repair company, we use many of the parts companys around us for our supply. But we find Cashwell Appliance Parts to be our number one. They keep 90% of what we use in stock, if its not in stock its the next day. The staff there are great, all of them knowable and friendly as well. Brady, Gena, Madison, & Rex that is who we depend on.

This place is great. I searched all over town for the air conditioner fan motor I needed. Most places didnt have it or wouldnt sell it to me because Im not a contractor. Not only did Cashwells have what I needed, but their knowledgeable staff walked me through the process of installing it. If youre a do-it-yourselfer, this is the place to go!

Extraordinary great staff - tried to buy an expensive oven burner (jennair) but the woman technician/sales person behind the counter cross checked me, found the burner was ok and told me to go back and recheck my work. and im an engineer haha. she was right!!! she could have sold me the expensive part and then the relay on the control board that was actually bad - but she did not - very ethical and extremely knowledgeable.
