Really happy with the service and product received. Got a quote within 24 hours of an internet submission for a replacement windshield. Price was lower than some other local companies and scheduling was easy. Installer came to the house and had the new windshield done quicker than I anticipated. Its only been a few days but so far I dont notice any issues. Will definitely recommend to others based in this experience.

I had the Newport News location repair my Honda Element windshield. The original repair was poorly done. It left a hazy spot on the glass about the size of a nickel. So they told me that they would replace the windshield for no charge. When they did, the glass was defective and wavy. Almost giving you a headache driving to work. Just difficult to see through. They admitted that windshield was defective and they should not have installed it. I had to wait a couple of days for the next windshield installation. When they finally finished the job, they told me they had damaged the clear coat on the roof of my vehicle. They also refused to give me a rental car while mine was in the bodyshop getting the clear coat repaired. They did pay for all of the extra damages, but this was too much of a hassle to just repair a windshield.

Well I placed the order on August 31st. Almost 4 weeks later I still didnt receive my product. I needed glass shelf for my curio cabinet. Called back last Friday and lady asuured me that my order would be ready this Friday 08/21/2020.Call back today and my order is not ready yet. So disappointed with service. I will not recomend or go there again. I will take my bussines elswere.

My windshield needed to be replaced and insurance referred me to a well known company who quoted a price close to $500. I decided to look elsewhere and found this place and made an appt immediately after my quote was given. My windshield was replaced literally within the hour of my appointment. They were quick and professional and my bill was shy of $220 for everything!!! Thank you Jesus!

They have done a great job replacing my window shield. When I cancelled my appointment a couple months ago Binswanger Glass still had me on file and their customer service was outstanding.

Very friendly folks! Ordered 90 panes of special cut glass one morning and was able to pick up my order that afternoon. Each piece was cut accurately. I would defiantly recommend them.

Took my s10 in to get the original windshield replaced after a branch fell on it in a windstorm. No damage to the truck, just the windshield. They told me (after looking at it and saying they could replace it) after i dropped it off that they could not replace it cause someone has glued the door seal over the side clips of the windshield ( was 2 sided tape). After taking it to Dannys glass, they said no problem, Binswanger didnt know what they where doing, and priced matched Binswanger. Binswanger denied me cause they didnt know what they where doing, didnt have the knowledge to do so, or didnt want to do the work. Their attitude towards their customers is not professional and a waist of the customers time and money.

Very efficient and friendly service.

They were over a hundred dollars cheaper than Safelite for my windshield replacement and did it in my driveway so I didnt have to bring my kids to an auto shop. It was done in under an hour start to finish, and the tech even replaced my EZ pass above the rearview mirror when he was done! That little detail really sealed it for me. Definitely recommend!
