I got a quote online at the beginning of September. I had quickly scheduled to get my windshield replaced. I got a call the weekend before my appointment stating they needed to order a part for the windshield and theyd have to push the replacement back a few days. I then got a call the original day of the appointment stating they were here to replace the windshield. I was confused and told them I got a call from matt stating it had to be postponed because they didnt have a part in. They gave me the choice to reschedule or they can replace what they have and come back another day. I rescheduled. Then the next appointment time we had to reschedule again due to weather. But the tech never got back to me stating he for sure wasnt coming. Last I heard was he was going to check the weather and let me know. Now, the appointment today. The tech stated they still didnt have the part and were no longer accepting my quoted offer they gave me, which is the whole reason why I scheduled with them It was 4x the amount I was quoted. I am furious as this is all over a 3 week timeline and my windshield is still not replaced. A total waste of time! Would NEVER RECCOMEND!!!
The tech arrived early and performed an excellent job. He explained everything that was going to happen and what I needed to do afterwards. I will use them again. The job was done within an hour.

I had a horrible crack in my windsheild and called on a Sunday. American glass came out on Monday afternoon and replaced it in 30 minutes. Dimitree and Leshay did a excellent job and explained the whole process as they were repairing it. I would recommend this company any day!
If I could rate this lower, I would. However, I’m not sure how I can rate a service I never actually received. I got a quote and “scheduled an appointment” online yesterday and was given a notice that somebody would be in contact shortly. I never received a call. I called this morning right when they opened and made an appointment and was told somebody would be here between 1pm-5pm. I was also told I would be given a call with an ETA. When I didn’t hear anything at 2:45 I called and explained I had somewhere to be at 5:30 and would need to leave my house no later than 5. The woman I spoke to told me a technician would be calling me in a few minutes - never received that call. It’s now 4:43pm and I still have not received a call for an ETA and there is no way you can get this done in 15 minutes. I called to cancel this as I will take my business elsewhere. The woman who canceled did not seem to concerned at my disappointment. Oh well, business lost for you.
Ordered wrong glass 3 times, had wrong glass shipped over night 3 times. Took 3 weeks to get window repaired. They never answer the phone. Fortunately the answering service is competent.
After pulling me out of work to do a pre service inspection (pretty much to cover their rears, yet it backfired). The service tech was rude to me & apparently to my Husband, as well, calling him at work asking him questions about my place of employment. But when I got off work, I got in my car & my rear view mirror, which is NOT attached to my windshield was broken! It was dangling loosely from the roof of my car! Here, I sit 6 weeks later & they have repeatedly said that they are waiting for my mirror to come in. Here lately, noone answers the phone when my Husband calls. Definitely 4 thumbs down here. Sadly, they are who State Farm contracted with!

Windshield installation: We got an appointment within 24 hours of the initial call, the tech showed up at the early end of the appointment window, and presented himself professionally. The installation looks great.
