This was and is the only thing I went to OfficeMax for! Everything is great, as they listened to me explain the minor difficulties I was experiencing with the machine. The refunded the mistaken copies!! I got quite a few pages I am collecting from some books I bought copied, to put in a special collection. Its purpose is to make it easier for me to FIND them! Overall, I am very satisfied.

My first Online Purchase pick-up would have went easier if I didnt go through the Print Shop entrance, but thats my bad. Staff was helpful as I bumbled through my pick-up and offered to assist me since it was a large order...but now I know for next time.
