I like this Sallys! Its in a really nice shopping center! I have had to ask a few suggestions before about hair color. One girl was super helpful (white female)! I wish I remembered her name bc she knew what she was talking about. I had a reddish color in my hair and she helped me with the right products to strip that out and now I have the perfect color I wanted to achieve. I have had bad or wrong advice from another employee from here. I went to their store in Hampton to get a product they were out of. The lady told me the advice I was given was wrong and she helped me. I LOVE the Gray magic! When I go in I find nice things in their discount section (lotions, etc.). I would definitely recommend this store!

I went here two days in a row because I have been in a hair lightening process. I understand that they were just trying to help. However, I felt pressured in this environment. Based on that I was doing my process too fast and not how the associate suggested. I do look into other suggestions else where. Jokingly I was told โIf you come back tomorrow, I wonโt let you in the doorโ I was coming back for supplies I actually needed. I needed my hair to be in a presentable state by Monday. I do support the fact they didnโt want me to get a 40 volume developer. But after 3 days of hair processing. I have reached my desired look after ignoring suggestions not to use a toner yet. If I was an argumentative person or a person that takes offense too harshly the environment couldโve caused an altercation in the store. Just fair warning that the individuals in this store can be a little pushy with their own opinions. I probably wonโt go to this location again. It just happened to be the most convenient.
They sell products with a 100% guarantee on the bottle but when it doesnt work out, they will not refund you your money unless you have a PAPER receipt. I was told by an employee about a year ago that if you didnt like something, you could return it without the receipt as long as you used your phone # linked to your membership account. Well that was a LIE. Now I have to toss 1.75 bottles of shampoo in the trash because it broke me out. Spend the extra money on the name brand stuff at the big store. Sallys products are garbage and they falsely advertise a guarantee on their products in which they do not honor.
I went in to pickup hair color & came out with not only the right color, but the right type of product! The staff were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful! I am seriously impressed & will certainly return!
I understand being in the middle of an epidemic will make everyone a bit out of character. But when you are tapping on the window and rushing customers because you are stressed and mad that they didnโt know they had to call in ahead of time and then basically throw the items they want out the door on them I find that a bit over the top and straight up rude. I think I might have to start looking for a different Sallyโs to go to because this isnโt the first time at this specific location that same worker was rude.

Every month I make a purchase at Sally, yesterday I went to buy my hair dye and other things, but something happened that I did not like, I had to wait a long time to pay because there was a person where they were solving a problem, when the person In front of me she went to pay the cashier gave her an excellent service told her to excuse her for the wait, I asked her if she had a rework card and the girl told her she didnt know she didnt remember, the cashier asked her for her phone number and I look for him on the computer, he told him that he had the right to a free product and he wrapped the products and I gave it to him with his gift, excellent service, then I arrived and he just told me Hi, you found everything you were looking for, I answered yes, thank you Then I tell her I dont have points in my rework, thats when she asks me for the phone number and looks up and says no, and then she asks me are you going to pay for a bag 15 cents to take the products and I said no, then I had to sa Going with all the products in hand after having spent more than 27 pesos, nothing to wrap in paper like the previous client, no discounts, and I wonder is it discrimination because of the different treatment that she gave me or is bad luck .
