I was waiting for the Bridgestone survey I usually receive after services are rendered, but I never received one for my 4/23/21 visit. Guess I have to brag on Christina in this forum....The services provided by Christina are always top notch. When I walk into the store, I am happy to see she is who will be taking care of me. She is always polite and provides optimal customer service by being extremely helpful; going the extra mile to thoroughly provide honest feedback on any issues with my vehicles. She works diligently to ensure her customers are well informed on how to properly maintain our vehicles, and we leave as a satisfied repeat customers. My last visit with the Firestone was not satisfactory, however Christina went above and beyond to rectify the situation and worked hard to ensure I remained a satisfied repeat customer. I truly appreciate all of her efforts and I personally want your company to understand that she is a great asset to your Firestone team!

Me and my fiancé came here around 1pm and asked for an inspection on his car, the guy said to come back at 2pm and they’d have an opening for us. So we left, came back in an hour later like the guy said, and dropped off the car. We waited for an hour and a half, then asked if it had been done yet. This other guy, with some attitude, said that no it hadn’t been done and there was someone else in front of us and honestly it probably won’t even get done today and we should come back later. We waited all this time for nothing! If they were that busy and didn’t have the time, they should’ve said that to begin with. The communication here needs to be better. We will not be coming back.
The service was good. But truly someone needs to hire more technicians. TO have to wait all day to get an tire changed is a bit ridiculous. 5 hours come on get them some help
Had a 3pm appointment for an alignment. Got there at 2:52 and car was not taken into shop until 4:32. Not sure why you have to make an appointment if that time is not honored. Also asked lady working here when my car was going to be worked on and she said it should be next. I said I wish they would have just told me if it was going to take this long and she said I could have my keys and come back if I wanted another day. What a joke I wait all this time and I am going to come back and deal with them again I think not.

The lady that I talk to had a very nasty attitude towards me I would never go there again
So after installing a lift kit onto my truck I went to this firestone to get an alignment in doing so I bought the lifetime alignment. A week goes by I notice that my trucks alignment is not fixed is is pulling to the right so I inspect my truck for the issue and find that they didn’t put the camber bolt washer back on and I was calm and collect no big issue. Then the next I’m supposed to pick it up they are trying to charge me $67 dollars to unbolt a bolt, slide a washer on and then bolt it back on there. I said why am I paying for something y’all did and of course they blame it on my after talking to them more I proceeded to catch themIn a lie they said the cam bolt washer was never on there when they did the alignment and if that’s true they are not supposed to work on that truck without that cam bolt washer on there. Not only that the managers ( Christina Sullivan and Lyle) there are just terrible they don’t listen to everything you say you get a negative tone ( they say your wrong just about anything). I prefer the firestone near CNU much better cause this firestone causes nothing but problems and they don’t care about the customer they just care about the next dollar going in their pocket.
This place always mess up your vehicle . You go in and they break something and claim that it was already broken. So many people that I know always complain about this place . if I could give it a minus I wouldve
Do not have any work done here unless you want to be scammed out of services and things broken on your vehicle. Not only will they break things on your vehicle but they will then argue with you and refuse to fix it.

This specific Firestone location has really poor customer service. I dropped my car off the night before to get a state inspection. I am aware that those can take awhile sometimes, so no big deal, I wrote on the envelope that I can have it picked up around 12:00pm. 12:30 rolls around and I hadnt heard from them, so I gave them a call and they had told me there were two cars in front of me. I said ok and left it alone. 3:00pm rolls around and I still havent heard anything, so I called and they told me that there were still cars in front me. I cant fathom how this is possible. In a three hour time span, you havent been able to see any cars since I called three hours ago? It doesnt make any sense. I dropped my car off the night before so that I would have my car seen first thing in the morning, otherwise, why did I waste my time? They were very unapologetic and very clearly did not care that I was frustrated about this. They need to do better. I will never use this business again and I will advocate against any of my friends using this place as well.

Took my daughters truck in for oil change and to replace valve stem in tire. After dropping it off they call my daughter who is stationed at Fort Eustis and tell her they can not install the valve stem because she supplied it to them. That information should of been explained when vehicle was dropped off.

The guys here are on point! Only place I’d visit when I lived there. Products are aptly priced and if you can catch a sale on tires it’s worth the wait! Which, by the way, if you make an appointment and get there early is usually only a few hours. The guys do their best to worth with you and are professional and friendly. I had a flat tire and asked to be towed to Firestone. Not being familiar with the Firestone’s in the area I was hoping for the best. I called ahead and spoke with Chuck. I explained my situation and he assured me that he would take care of my car as soon as possible. He was able to pull up my information as I had been to another Firestone before. When I arrived, he had everything ready. A true professional and top notch customer service. He got my car in and I am on my way! I know Firestone is always reliable, customer focused and have great service. Chuck just confirmed that!! Thank you for turning a bad day into a much better day!!!

The best service i have ever had!! The staff was very friendly and Patrick was the best. They made sure everything was ok with my wife’s car and they were completely honest the whole time unlike most auto shops. I recommend going here you will not be disappointed.

One of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long my time!Patrick went out of his way to help me get new tires and alignment done on my Lexus with a walk in plea to help. I had the opportunity to hear him work with many customers when I was waiting. They all left with a smile and satisfied with the work done. Great attitude and honest business!
Different multiple managements, many come and go here from those inside and in the service area. It can be either hectic or slow. I wont say they slack or uptight, just management is ever changing and the employees and customers need to know that.

Place is clean and friendly but they are not equipped to do state inspections quickly. Although I was there before the doors opened, they told me it would be 3 hours before they could get my car in for an inspection. When I asked if I could leave my name and bring it back at 10 a.m. they said no, its first come first serve. Tread Quarters on Warwick got my business. They were friendly and fast. Didnt take me 15 minutes!
The place is clean with a friendly staff, but they are extremely slow. Im writing this still sitting in the waiting room. Im here for a simple state inspection and Ive been here since 7am. It is now noon and Im still waiting. Its not even the end of the month yet. Next year Ill go elsewhere.Update: They finally took my car back an hour ago. A state inspection doesnt take this long.
This location has excellent customer service...from the service manager to the guy with the deep voice to mighty mouse. Although my particular service was a little lengthy still not upset not one bit!!!! Great for beginning to end!
Took my vehicle to be inspected and I was rejected for a globe in my headlights that cost $895. I took the car to my uncle who works on cars and he said they shouldnt have failed me for that repair. So he takes the car back up to firestone the same day like 30 mins later and they pass it. Will never get my business again trying to get over on a woman.

Quick service for an oil change. I had an appointment dropped my car off and about an hour later they called for pick up. Plus they had a great deal on their synthetic oil change at the time.
Great service for what i had done
I drive past at least 2 Firestone places to get to this one just for the service I have gotten. The staff has always been great and as a woman I love that there is another woman working in the shop! (think her name Deborah) She did a great job explaining things to me as I am not that savvy and I didnt feel like I was getting anything I didnt need when I got my brakes fixed. I send all my friends here and will continue to drive across town to get this service.
Im very thankful that the technician took the time to figure out what was causing my tire pressure light to stay on after the light had reset. I have been to other shops over the past year and nobody could figure out what was causing it. Thank you to the guy with the beard.

This was the best place that I have gotten tires in a long time,the sales Manager Patrick Brosky, was very helpful and very polite, He let me know about a few other things that needed to be taken care of on my SUV,and I was very thankful for this. Great customer service. I have an all wheel drive vehicle which requires all tires to be changed at the same time. They sold me two tires on my last visit and my dealership found the error. Firestone acknowledged the error and bought back the tires at cost and gave me a deal on 4 tires.
My review of this shop.Went to this location for road force tire.Received the car back and had horrible steering vibration.Took it back and talked to Shaun and he said he would get it right. An hour or so later got the call to pick up the car.Vibration is gone some what. they overfilled my tires, they used 4oz of wheel weight on one wheel. which isnt too bad But one would think to check the out of round and remount the tire so the orientation would reduce the road force giving you a better ride.Ill be showing this to my instructor and check the road force with our machine or take it to his recommended location.
I will NEVER come back here again. Brought my truck here for a simple front end alligment. Got here at 1 in the afternoon its now after 6 and Im still waiting. The old man gave attitude and the whole place gave me the run around. Please DO NOT come to this Firestone.
90% accurate about 85% of the time. Professional and curtious most of the time. Will sometimes forget to call you when work is completed, as sometimes techs appear to be overworked so they might rush through a job and leave and hand the callback off to someone else. Happened to us several times. Better service than the Firestone on Fort Eustis. They never have enough technicians which takes away from the quality of service and repair.
Made an appointment for an alignment at noon. My car was not touched for 4 hours until I called asking about it. I was told it was being taken off the rack now while it sat in the parking lot. It was taken for a drive before being told it was rejected for a sticking brake caliper. Poor service and management.

Ho-rri-ble. Car was dropped off at 9:30 and promised back a couple hours later. Fast forward to 4:30 and we still did not receive our car back as yet. We were forced to go back and get the car since they didnt even look at it as yet. Initially, we will be going elsewhere for our car repair and will make no plans to go back to this location again.
So I called this place on a Sunday to get my window regulator replaced the guy said sure it can get done today dropped it off at 10am and by 2pm called and said it a special order part wont be in till Monday. I left my truck there over night and missed work so it could get done. Picked it up Monday afternoon, and my window was going up and down but would not go up without going all the way down first. So after I saw this took it back up and scheduled a time for them to put a new one in(to replace the new one). Then after 3 total weekend of them having my truck, I get a call saying the master switch in the door is now bad.... over 150 to get it replaced.. I tell them Ill just come pick it up if theyve replaced to regulator, they have so I get in my truck after spending almost 400 already and 150 up in the air to find out the switch works fine and my window tint is now scratched up. So all in all almost 400 dollars spent, 3 trips to the place, scratched window tint, two regulators, and a lie about a faulty window switch to get another 150 out of me. Not too happy of a former customer.

My wife and I have had an account with Firestone for years.Always had good experiences until my last visit.Came on a sunday for a wheel alignment because I did a full suspension overhaul on my car. I was told sundays are first come first serve days. I was 3rd in line.So after sitting for 3 hours watching cars come and go I hear the guy say after this oil change your alignment is next. I assume he was talking to me.The Tech goes out and gets in a truck and pulls it on the alignment rack and starts working.I ask the counter guy why is he skipping me... he looks at me like I havent been sitting there for nearly 4 hours and ask which car is mine...He ignores my issue and says ill be next. So after they finish the truck alignment they take a nice lunch break. Nearly a full hour..NOW its my turn. They pull my car on the rack, look under the car, come inside and say they cannot do the alignment because I have aftermarket suspension...Its just replacement struts, lowering springs and adjustable camber arms.. ADJUSTABLE camber arms.The Tech says he isnt doing it.Thankfully they had a young guy who owned a lowered car working there. He understood why I had the adjustable camber arms and said he would do the alignment.He did his best to get everything straight... but he did not lock the camber arms after his adjustment and im not sure what other bolts he may have left loose...The car pulls to the right, I have to pull the steering wheel to the left or the car will change lanes.I will only use Firestone for tires from now on.Only reason for 3 stars is Ive had nothing but great service in the past. They even did a full coilover adjustment and perfect alignment back in 2012 on one of my other cars with Aftermarket suspension...

Awful Service. I was charged for 2 service items I did not receive. When I called I was told no manager was available on the weekend to correct. This store in Denbigh has lost me business FOREVER. 3rd issue in 6 months.

The people that work at any Firestone are all crooks. I brought my SUV in for a routine oil change, wasnt having any other issues, especially with my brakes. After about an hour I came back to pick up my car to find it still up on the lift leaking all of its brake fluid onto the ground. . The technician named Jeter told me that it was already leaking and that the pedal was going to the floor when he got in it. So at some point in between him getting into it and driving it around to the lift it broke and started leaking....yeah I totally believe that. These technicians are paid to find issues and if they cant find one, they make one themselves. Very disappointed with the service.

Very vague on pricing. Didnt explain anything pricing packages on Oil Change, but went into great detail about all the things they were trying to up sell me on. Went in for an oil change and they tried to sell me $700 worth of work, tires, warranties, and a battery I needed that the auto parts place told me I didnt need. Wont be going back.

My husband took the car to get inspected yesterday at FireStone and the man told him that he would have to pay $319 to get something repaired in order for it to pass. Bae called me and told me and then he asked what I wanted them to do. I told him, I want you to wait until I talk to the man in order to get a better understanding. I went there, and of course, they tried to convince me that I needed to get it done or have a rejection sticker on there. I told him to put it there because I wasnt paying that because that couldnt be right. I left and called my daddy, who just happen to be a mechanic. Daddy said, They are trying to rip you off. He said, Let me talk to my son. They talked, my Dad instructed, my husband followed his lead, and car was repaired in 5 min. He had to tighten up a screw. Bae took it back this morning and they had a sour look when they saw that the problem was solved. Daddy saved us over $300. Imagine if we had to make a decision out of fear of having that rejection sticker. Thats why its so important to know somebody that know somebody. Places like this is a rip off. They have gotten too much money 💰 out of me. They are not trust worthy at all. But hey, I cant knock them from trying. They have lost two loyal customers.

Today was my worst experience I had since Ive been dealing with Firestone. It started when I called Firestone on November24,2017 . I was telling the young man about what was going on with my vehicle . He told me that they were booked today and tomorrow but they would fit me in. I take my car to Firestone and Im thinking they going to check it . The Tec guy only put air in my tire after I said Its something going on with my tires because Ive been putting air in them every other day . He said When it gets cold the tire looses air. I know that but shouldnt be putting air in my tires like that. This morning on November 25,2017 I had to put more air in my tires this time I saw a nail stuck in my tire. I go back to Firestone at 11:00 A.m to 2:00 P.m .I talk to the Assistant Store Manager and he gets the Store Manager I tell him what happened . The Store Manager said Maam I told you we were booked, I said yes but you said you would fit me in and the Tec only put air in my tire and could you please check all 4 of my tires . I had also made him aware of the nail that I saw in my tire before I came here. They took my car in and The Manager came back and said Its ready it was a nail in the back tire. I said what about the one in the front . He said my Tec said it was the only one and he had checked the rest of the tires. I get my keys and go to my car and backed up and get out and there is the nail that I told him about. I go back inside and get the Store Manager so he could see the nail in my tire. The Tec lied about checking all my tires thats not cool at all .
They did their job, but they were not friendly about it. I had an appointment made for 2pm and the truck didn’t get taken in until 245pm. Then the wheel alignment was finished at 330pm. They also didn’t explain the alignment tech documents, just gave it and walked away.
I love firestone..this was my first time st this location and im still a fan of firestone. They took great care of my car
