All I can say is, ****WOW!***... the quality of the meats is on par, and at times better than The Fresh Market. The prices are seriously low for what you get. I bought Rib Eye steaks today, threw my steaks on the grill, and when I sat down and cut into them....super tender, actually delectable.... Better than what we get in restaurants! ...we bought their bacon...16oz every time, and it looks like the very expensive center cut bacon you usually pay $5.99 minimum for! I paid under $4... The ground beef is 80/20, super low, low price...but it looks and tastes like 90/10!The staff, and Nick himself, are never, ever pushy. Completely helpful, friendly and polite... they really know their stuff!

Excellent product and service at great prices. Also there are few butchers in this area. So, Im glad to have one nearby.
