Went to the store to make an appointment for an estimate. The designer came out took measurements, was starting to get excited......then nothing. Never heard from them again. Its been two months with no estimate or contact. Moved on to a responsible company. Cant recommend.

Had a consultant “Andy” come to my home to measure, met with me the following week, was suppose to prepare revision to plan and estimates. Never heard from him again!!!!!!No return call or emails! Poor customer service. Called to reach owner and was diverted.

Poor customer service. We have been dealing with a cabinet that needs to be fixed fir months now. Still has not been resolved. Will not recommend!

God awful company. Constant issues with contacting and fixing a simple kitchen. Go with a more trustworthy company via Yelp.

Pen came up with ideas on how to customize our kitchen. Happy with his suggestions. Tim, the installer, was the best.

Knowledgeable, listened to what I wanted, reasonable prices, hospitable, great cookies and coffee. Enjoyed my visit. Cant wait for my new kitchen. Thank you Lisa.

My wife and I tried to use this company for a kitchen renovation. Our first meeting with the company went well and we passed along our desires for our new kitchen. They contacted an electrician who came by a few days later to do a survey so Virginia Maid Kitchens could include this in their design. After 2 weeks we heard nothing, I called back and was told the person working my job was sick. I called back two weeks later and they apologized...and told me I would be contacted. I waited a week, nothing. I called the office, got more excuses. I emailed the office and heard nothing. In these economic times not sure why a company would pass on an opportunity to earn our business but they did. I do not recommend.

I work with Virginia Maid all the time, the sales people are numerous but very knowledgeable. Each is experienced and i would give them a fair shot at doing my own kitchen!

Collette is the best they all are great to do business with.
