Relocated from New York to Newport News VA and needed a vehicle. After looking in several place this auto sales company made me feel comfortable with buying one of their cars. Not only is Bobby, his niece and husband nice but, they are also honest. I purchased a 2006 Chrysler Town and Country at one of the fairest prices with only 103k miles with no issues. Great place to find a affordable vehicle!!

If this place could get a zero then it would, the owner said he had a van to sale and we got to look at it but it still needed to get looked at by the shop. Well after almost a week it still wasnt ready even though we had the loan company 90% ready to cut the check. He said that he couldnt get it ready in time that we needed, had to turn the rental in, and that he had another van coming in from Richmond. He finally got the second van in but needed to get it inspected and a few things fixed. Almost 3 weeks later and still dont have a vehicle do to the owner playing games and not getting the paperwork finished. The loan company has tried calling multiple times but all he does is ignoring the calls and says he dont have time to do it because he has other cars to work on. Never will go here again even if its something like a tire patch even if its a last resort.
