I just purchased a Lincoln, and I absolutely love my Beauty (thats her name)! Just so happens there is also a Hall Lincoln near me and 5 stars just isnt enough. The entire experience from scheduling of service to pick up was remarkable. I was able to schedule my appt w/in a couple of weeks unlike other dealerships who could not get me for two months. I appreciated the text and emails. I even received a text and email when Rae, the service advisor, could not get in touch me. The email advised me of the issue and I was able to authorize the service through a link. Rae was wonderful, she communicated effectively and answered all of my questions while remaing patient like I was her only customer. I love that I had the option of paying for the service online or could pay after hours in sales who were open until 8p. Although, Hall Lincoln NN in almost 30 miles from me, their impeccable service makes the drive worth it. Thank you Hall Lincoln!

The first service to my 2020 Nautilus was good however, I DID NOT receive the complimentary carwash that supposedly comes with Lincoln Service . My husband inquired about the car wash but was not given a reason why it wasnt done. Outside of not washing the car, the service and staff was helpful. I will probably go to Lincoln dealer on Southside for future service.Sherrill McKnight

The service manager said he had to order me a hood for my car,thats been 4 weeks ago.

My husband and I went to check out the Lincoln suv and cars and we specifically stated the price range and what we were looking for with no money down. Keep in mind with excellent credit. As I went on a test drive the dealer Gabriel advised in order for us to receive rebates on the vehicle we would have to put money down. I immediately said I have never heard of us having to purchase rebates and said if that is the case we will take our business elsewhere. Even when they ran the numbers they were doing it with money down. This left such a bitter experience for my husband and I. I spoke with the manager who ran the numbers and advised this was the worst experience on attempting to purchase a vehicle and what happened, he stated that he was sorry and that the dealer was new. I can only hope that they educate their dealers to stop providing false information in order to get a commission because if this keeps up they will certainly lose business. My husband and I will be purchasing from another dealership.

Excellent dealership. My salesmen worked at the one across the water. I purchased a 2015 a couple years ago. Started using the one in Newport News for service. Last year went in for regular service and ended up leaving with a 2019 Lincoln MKC and Im in heaven. The same salesman who sold me my first truck a old me my seconds truck. Awesome service. When my husband and I go for service we deal with Stephanie Spangler she is outstanding and we live working with her.

The salesman was actually cool to talk to and didnt put on any pressure on buying the car. When it came down to buying the car, there were a few typos in the paperwork but it all got cleared up, when i called upset for something because i was ignorant of somethings, they stayed calm and professional. Id say its a good dealership.

Had sn 8 am appt for the Works and State Inspection and was also surprised when ALICIA my adviser said parts were in for a three year old AIR BAG RECALL. All said and done in at 8am out by 10am it just does not get better than that.
