Awesome store! the staff is friendly, helpful and they care about how their store looks and updating their displays to feature new products.i like the Loy brand and there’s many to choose from. you won’t be disappointed! my fav flavors by the Loy brand are Strawberry Watermelon (in the picture), Apple Watermelon and Rainbow. I plan to try the Candy flavor next 😊.

Okay store, I did encounter a similar situation about replacements with items and I do believe customer service could be better. when that’s fixed it could for sure be a five star joint!

The man that works here needs to be fired he’s usually there opening and closing hes disrespectful and doesn’t care about the satisfaction of the customer. I went here and was cussed out by him i’m so upset by this and won’t come back to this place again just a heads up the super nova in hampton has nicer workers than the one here. I miss the older owners he needs to go

Edit: the ooze pen I bought only a few days ago from them started smoking and overheating. All they could do was offer 25% off my next purchase. I will not be making another purchase. Greatest place for any of ur smoking needs

Have been going here for about two years until recently i spent 26$ on a vape that stopped working two days later no physical damage I went back to the store the same day trying to swap it out or get someone to work with me and was told I couldn’t get a replacement when You used to be able to get one so that’s 26$ down the drain I WONT be back
