I went on a Tuesday afternoon and it was empty. They had good sales on what I wanted. The clerk gave me a discount on the sale merchandise. You have to wear a mask in the store.

Found an item that I wanted to purchase that had a clearance sticker price on it but when I got ready to check out, the price was higher than the clearance price. Cashier was very nice about it. Needless to say I didnt purchase the item because someone didnt put tje clearance price in the computer.

Great place to work speaking from experience and I have always enjoyed shopping here. The quality of clothing is great and the A.N.A jeans are the best. There is also an extensive clearance section available year round.

I truly love JCP! Not only do I find the styles I am looking for but they also have fantastic coupons!!

Took my husband there today to buy clothes for his birthday. It was so hard to find things because they were tossed around everywhere. I guess people were really digging for the sales on Labor Day. Usually, I love Pennys and can find a lot of things, but not today. We left and went elsewhere.

JCP needs to recruit higher quality of shoppers for their merchandise. All of the items look like the same person made them. Nice location and clean site but the worst selection of goods

I am giving 2 stars because we love the wedding bands that we found at JCPenneys (Patrick Henry Mall Location) BUT to try to call them and actually speak to someone is an act of congress!!!!!! I would have better luck calling the White House and speaking to President Biden smh.

I was able to find everything I was shopping for and when I checked out the sales person helped me find a coupon on my purchase.

It was okay. The racks were pretty organized and easy to go through. I dont think I saw any clothes on the floor like youd usually see in other major stores like Target. I went Sephora and I was very surprised and bummed that they didnt have the IL MAKIAGE brand 😕 but the ladies in there were very sweet and helpful!

I will never give any store of this kind more than 2 stars. Its too difficult to check out, there is not a central check out center. They are placed all over the store and sometimes you have to find someone just so you can pay and leave and I hate that.

Not overly fond of this store but they had a decent sale on t-shirts which was a nice surprise. Guess that made up for the overpriced socks my mom needed.

Sale was going on, you really had to look for a regular price item, sale prices were like regular prices items, people were buying. Looked through every bra, did not find my size. Hundreds of bra on sale

This location is so messy and unorganized that even the employees cant find items that are listed as in stock. The employees were friendly but not that knowledgable about item locations and current sales. Im more of an online shopper and this visit is the perfect example of why I prefer to purchase online versus at the store. This location could really use a makeover and lesson on organization, cleanliness and product placement.

Friendly staff good sales

Although the crowds were thick a week away from the holidays we were helped by a customer service person who greeted us and helped us find a coupon online to apply to our transaction and take about $18. She didnt just rush us thru the line even though we did not want to apply for another card. She was an amazing employee and I will look for her in my future visits to the store.

Maria was the nicest sales lady i ever met.I bought a pendant heart for my sisters birthday. She asked me what type I was looking for. She was so helpful in picking the perfect one. If she was not there to help guide me to the correct one i am not sure i would of found it by myself. This lady was so kind and sweet that I wanted to give her a hug. She was so patient with me as she was showing me multiple items before we found the perfect one. I had no idea on which one to get but she helped me with that. I will definitely be coming back here to get more jewelry in the future.

I went to Sephora. This store didnt carry Kiehls but the salesperson was friendly helped me with other options.EDIT: This is a compliment. I am a devoted fan of the Kiehls product line. I was traveling for work and left my eye cream and facial scrub at home. The Sephora representative was very pleasant and directed me to the First Aid Beauty line. I purchased the facial radiance pads and am gel cream. I am very happy with the purchase. Thank you!

We have been coming here for haircuts for Caleb since he was about 3, and Anne-Marie has faithfully been there every time. Sometimes in the early years there were tears, more often now theres laughter. She always does a great job, and our boy always looks super handsome when she is done!

After JCPenney has been closed for several months since the (COVID-19) pandemic, this store was open and running like a well-oiled machine. The return and exchange line ran swimmingly.The only problem that I encountered was the lack of signage throughout the store indicating the location of the returns/online order pick up. Hats off to the two cashiers who assisted me at the check out. Each of them did a phenomenal job.👍🏼

This store is one of the few stores that still has good customer service at the Patrick Henry mall. Everyone is always nice and helpful. I will continue to shop here because of how helpful and nice they are.

Purchased jewelry for myself and a watch for my husband two weeks ago. The associate there name Sherry Sch. (Morning shift) was absolutely amazing with helping us find the right watch for my husband and helping me get my Tahitian pearl ring and necklace. She was very professional as well as answered all our questions and even well informed us of our product protection plan. Thank you!!

This place is trash. Poor quality clothing. No customer service and things are not priced correctly in the place where they are located.

Always great prices, IF you get the discounts you are supposed to get. I always have to watch as they ring things up because so often the mark down prices dont come up at the register, and I almost always have to remind the cashier to scan the coupon for my discount. If JCP is offering a discount for using their credit card, it should come up automatically once the credit card is scanned.

Terrible customer service. I had to call every department in JC penny just to ask if they had women’s dickie work pants, the only reason I even gave them one star is because when I finally got in touch with some, which was in the online department, she was very nice.

Great customer service. Found great buys in the Home and ladies section.
