Its beginning to look a lot like Christmas, in every Walmart store..

95% of all home food is purchased here. Yes lines can be Long sometimes but well worth the wait. Wish I could get fresh chicken wings but never seem to have them when I shop. Oh well have to try maybe earlier in the day and see if any better luck.

You definitely come to Walmart for the prices, sometimes. Their own paying system doesnt work with their Walmart app smart pay. No Samsung, Apple, nothing. Its 2021 Walmart, get with the program.

Had product on MVP (Evaporated Milk) and was out. No problem but no rain check. BIG PROBLEM. What is the purpose of having a sell product and not have the product 🤔especially headed to Holiday season. Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year. BTW this is not the first time nor the second but a consistent pattern.

Aisles need to be a bit neater, but it has everything I need.

This particular trip to Walmart my scan and go app didnt work and after spending half an hour on the phone with the Walmart plus people they basically said well you can put everything back and come back in half an hour were having issues with our app. I advise them no I would not do that after I spent an hour and a half shopping luckily for the first time in years they were opening new registers every time they were three or more people in line so that was nice to see.

Amazing alot of things the service is great and the workers were sweet loved them planning on shopping there again

They never have anything in stock. They always only have only 2 or 3 out of 26 registers open. Never had anyone here rude tho either.

If I could ZERO stars, I would! I placed an online order for pick-up. I received confirmation by email at 1238. I arrived at 1650 and now at 1730 I am still waiting for my little 13 item order to be brought to my car. This is soooo unacceptable. I stopped one of the guys and asked him why it was taking so long & his excuse was they only have 3 people filling orders. 5 hours is plenty time to fill an order. I have not been to this location in years and I certainly see now why I stayed away. Never, ever again will I come here. Not even for a tube of toothpaste. I just hope my order is accurate.

Poorly ran location! Lines are ridiculous at 12pm on a Tuesday! No employees to check customers out yet there are multiple self check outs just sitting there empty and open but the old hag working self checkout wont let anyone with more than 20 items use those registers. Seems like common sense to help get customers out efficiently to utilize available registers. I rarely shop here, typically go to the Yorktown location, and this just reminded me to never shop here again. I knew I would have just driven to Yorktown. Employees and managers are much more friendly there.

I was shopping this morning for my sons birthday, and was trying to check out. I went in a line with one other person ahead of me and started adding my items to the conveyor belt. As soon as I did, the employee working this line starting commenting under her breath to another customer that another line was wide open. I was ok waiting and continued doing so patiently. After a minute or two, the employee again appeared to be annoyed with me waiting and suggested that I move to another line. I guess she didn’t feel like working today, or maybe there was another reason she didn’t like me? Either way, I moved and sat another 10 minutes while my ice cream melted as another employee was yelling about something to her coworker. I’d suggest doing whatever it takes to avoid this store.

They let you park your vehicle overnight and sleep at all Walmart locations which saved me from a 4hr drive at 2am

This location seemed alright no problems, Ive only been here a few times so I cant say much the workers I spoke to were helpful and patient which is a plus, I will say some areas seemed low on stock but couldve simply been a matter of timing... until next time

Lines are frequently long, doesnt seemed to be properly staffed especially at the checkout stands.. I would advise against going here if you are in a hurry and just need to grab something real quick

Ive called your store to see if an item was in-stock. I ask to be transferred to make up. The operator said rudely...They dont have no one with a phone in make up. Then your front of store Customer Service desk employee hung up. I called back to speak to a manager....manager didnt have time to answer the phone. I thought this was a business that is in operation were you would want people/customers to shop at your store. What service do you provide when you cant even answer the phone or get hung up on. Im taken this complaint to Customer Relation, because employees are there to work so is management. This Walmart is ridiculous...

I ordered an online order for puck up. The day it was to be picked up, the system was down and the order delayed. I received a call and made arrangements to pick it up the next day. Two hours later, the app came back on line and it said I was in the parking lot to pick up. I called back to the store to verify ; it was quite unprofessional. Sounded the the halls of a High School. Cursing, rude words in the background. The young lady on the phone was annoyed I called.The next day my order was canceled, not ever rescheduled for pick up and Walmart still has not reimbursed me for the charges

Terrible pick up experience... Ordered to pick up 3 different times of the year and one was worse than the other... They tell you they had to substitute items but they still have the items on the shelf...

To my misfortune, I had to replace my Motorola modem of ten years. I price compared online and found what looked like a good deal. BUT...when I got to the specified Walmart, none of those modems were there, and none others near the price I found. I gave two Stars since although the items/price was not there, the price was still better than other places.

This store is massive not really put together well most things were scattered everywhere. They do have more employees to ask for help or questions and they knew where the items were.

Brought a bookcase cabinet. The first broad was cracked and I took it back to at 715pm to get told they where closed customer service could have told us on the phone they where closing soon. They need to do better on package there items!!!!

Local hole in the wall hang out place. Our bartender, Johnny Walker, was great! We had a fun time.

Waited 20 mins in the sporting good section asked for help twice with something behind the counter and was told twice they would get the person with the keys. 20 mins later no one showed up as my 5 year old lost his patience along with mine and left empty handed. Completely incompetent and terrible customer service

If I could give this Walmart a 0 I would!!! After evaluating from New Orleans me and my family finally had time to shop. Stopped at this location and wished I never set foot in it. Shopped around and long behold the lines were extremely long. My disabled mother and son stood in line for atleast 25 minutes just for the cashier to close her line. There were atleast 6 people a head of us who were also in line ... The cashier never stated she was closing yet had customers wait for a long period . I was so disgusted that every item we planned on buying we discarded !!!Avoid this Walmart !!!!

If you are trying to exchange a propane tank dont come here! Unless you have an extra year of your life you dont need! Took over half an hour waiting in the hot sun.

Waited in line for an hour to checkout. They should reconsider self checkout being 20 items or less if the dont have cashiers. Why do you have people doing reshop if you have lines to the freezers and clothing section and 4 lanes open?

Long lines and a long wait. They are understaffed. Not a convient shopping experience. A few customers abandoned full shopping carts near the registers after shopping for hours because the check-out lines were too long.

Always a line, slow cashiers & there is a elderly woman who works the self checkout clerks are extremely nasty. YORKTOWN Walmart is better.

Their store is very nice but not enough registers open, cashiers overworked and tired. They cant keep the cashiers . The manager behind the counter must transfer from store to store because I had him at one of the other stores and both times he refused to get me the change due to me. We are talking about cents. But he did this to me twice already. The self check only accepted credit cards and not cash that day and lines were moving too slow. Store on inside always clean and in order but the parking lot is always trashed. Customers really just dont even care enough to respect the store that they shop at. Sad. Sad because the employees there dont deserve that.

Poor management of employees. No employees tending to cash registers at home and garden checkout. Observed apparent H&G employees chatting away and laughing on garden area floor while customers were searching for service at aforementioned department.

The isles was very organized to where I could just get in and pick up what I needed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst Walmart I’ve ever been to. Lines are so long. And they don’t allow you to self check out if you have more than 20 items. So many people just walking out with full carts in lines, not buying anything now. I don’t blame them. I’ve waited over 20 mins in line. And will be walking out in the next 5 mins.

It was very nice they have things in stock very good theyre not empty on a lot of shelves like a lot of Walmarts are and they have a lot of things to choose from it is definitely one of the better Walmarts

Check out service is the pits. If you are paying with a credit card you get to use the electronic self serve, which means you are doing all of the work yourself. If you are paying with cash you have to wait in line about 15 to 20 minutes, nothing quick here. Store maintenance is minimal. I guess that is the price you have to pay to save a little money.

Never Enough cashiers. Always extremely long lines to check out. Shell service stock. Went in there to buy three items and wasnt mine for over an hour. Only because all self-checkouts long with one out of the two registers was card no cash. Thats the way it is every day there. Absolutely hate it

I have never made a purchase here. I stopped to use the bathroom. They were very clean. The greeters at the door were actually friendly. It seemed very busy but they hadnt run out of carts, and most of their aisles seemed to be in stock with most of their popular items. I stopped and grabbed a soda before leaving and all of their beverage machines were full. There is plenty of parking.

Went to buy a laptop. The online site said they had it in store. Went to purchase it, and waited around for 10 minutes for anyone to be able to help me. Asked a clerk if I could have the laptop, and he looked in the storage locker for about 20 seconds before telling me it wasn’t in stock. I told him the site said they had one, and he said that the website is always wrong.Went to my car, ordered it online, and surprise! It’s ready for pickup. Nevermind. I’ll cancel and order through Amazon. Way to waste an hour of my time driving back and forth. No wonder brick and mortar places are struggling to compete with Amazon.

Ive always loved walmart. Wed always find one whenever we went out of town. But my regular store has declined in recent months. Theyve rearranged in such a way that I cant find what Im looking for & the floors have been stripped of tile & they are just shiny cement. Looks tacky.

I went here to get a bike. I did not find what i wanted still got some food but when i called before hand about the bike i was put on hold and then it hung up on me eventually so i just went down there to check it out

The store tends to stay clean and busy. The Walmart online store is definitely not always up to date with what they have in stock. Ive ordered grocery pickup before for an item and they said they werent in stock and went in and found it myself immediately. As any walmart they can always use more cashiers open at once. They stay busy restocking and are mostly pretty friendly.

The store was filthy. I would not trade there again.

On vacation at this Walmart full carriage employees says sorry no cash I said well I guess the carriage stays she said I don’t care I don’t work on commission got a love this country I guess somebody else appreciated my business took the cash

Just your regular run-o-the-mill walmart. Some days employees are great, other days its meh. But it has what you need at walmart prices, so I shop there.

Today 3 cashiers waited in line an hour lines past clothing area and waited in line an hour left a full cart in the middle of check out as well as several other people ( note first checker after waiting 45 minutes then told me she was off and could not check me out

This place is very convenient in terms of location. The wide variety there just makes it even better, although I have insurance my friends have been telling me their prices are great for the uninsured at the pharmacy. The pre-cut fruit their is not suggested for purchasing as pre-cut is not fresh and even for on the go purposes I would not recommend it. Overall this place is really great!

Spent over an hour here looking for swim wear. Found everything I want.

Zero carts available when we were there. Zero greeter to ask about the complete lack of carts. Had to shop and carry everything we needed to get. Overly crowded store. Did not feel safe given the pandemic and no one, not even employees seemingly following 6 foot rule. EVERY regular line was at least 8 people deep. Self-check out lines were at least a dozen people deep. Probably FIVE regular lanes open when they have the capacity, the need for, and the employees to open more check-out lines. Literally overheard an employee complain while waiting in the check-out line that she knew there were employees towards the back of the store that were standing around just talking to eachother. Parking lot was a nightmare, which isnt particularly Walmarts fault, whoever designed this shopping center needs to go back to college and study up on traffic flow... Giving this store one star for the fact that they carry bacon jam (which is what we came for), a good selection of wrapping paper and gift bags for birthdays, and the woman that checked us out was friendly enough. But seriously, there was clearly a supervisor standing there watching the excessive lines doing absolutely nothing about it.

Was pretty busy but clean, well lit and organized. The flowers were mostly wilting though, but what can you expect for a $10 bouquet? Bathrooms are clean and stocked. One of the nicer walmarts Ive been too. Much nicer than the one in Hampton.

Had not been to this location for many years. It is clear they are not working to take care of it anymore. Visited on a Saturday evening for a few necessities, and ended up waiting in a self check out line for 25 minutes as it was the fastest option. I fear they are understaffing significantly.
