My family was coming here. We loved it. We order glasses online he gave us our PDs with no issue. The appts were always quick. Well since I order glasses online I keep our prescriptions on file from year to year. I noticed one of my kids had a very different prescription from the year before so we went to another optometrist. Every single prescription was WRONG. I felt awful cause one of my kids had been complaining that her prescription must have changed because she couldnt see like she felt she should. I waited way too long to check it out (No one else was complaining). Anyway hers was very wrong the rest of us just needed slight adjustments. I felt so awful. Never again.

Serves was terrible all the doctor said was I needed glasses and didn’t say anything else like that’s not good serves.

Love the service I received from them. Minimum weight time, fast, friendly staff and service. Lots of glasses to choose from. Also does walk in service. . Dr. takes time to explain your eye exam to you if you have any questions. Definitely recommend them

I have never had eye issues before. I went there for eye issues such as light sensitive and blurry vision. Dr. Nguyen charged me a specialist co pay which was $40. All he did was give me a vision test and checked my pressure and said no issues and sent me on my way. My vision progressively got worst. I found out later I had severe dry eyes. I called to talk to him to ask him about my vision and give recommendations. His wife who is the receptionist is very rude. Bring your business else where. If you have legit eye issues go to an Ophthalmologist. Hes just an optometrist look up the difference.

I had an optometrist with Pearle Vision, but when I went to make an appointment, I found that my Pearle Vision had closed. So I went to my insurance website and found another optometrist in the same area. It turned out to be the same one I had at Pearle Vision! I was very pleased to see him. He even had my eye care records. I was very pleased to find him again.

Found this place last minute and was VERY pleased with Dr. Nguyen. Very informative, kind and all around great Doctor. Great selection on eye glasses as well. Will be going back for my annual visit.Thank you Dr. Nguyen!!

I called ahead of time to make sure I was able to use my insurance and the lady checked and said I was in the system and able to use my insurance and when I got there I’m assuming the doctor was the only one there and kept saying I wasn’t in the system even though I was just looked up and checked and she said I was. Never going again

My experience was excellent. Upon arrival I was greeted by Dr. Hien and his son. Both were very friendly with smiles from ear to ear. This is a big plus because I hate being treated like a number and the artifical greetings I get just makes things feel fake and like a wallet with leggs. The process was pretty straight forward and pleasant. Test went as planned with great conversation with Dr. Hein . His conversation was was not only to learn about who I am but also what I do for a living, this is important as per him recommending the proper lenses and options that would help me in the field. Dr. Nguyen has been by eye doctor at Pearl Vision for the last five years. I am so glad that when Pearl Vision closed that I still followed him to Eyemax Family Eye Care. He is a wonderful eye doctor and has a nice selections of glasses to choose from in his office.

Been going there for a few years. Love the Dr. but his secretary/wife is very rude. I am finding me a new Eye Doc.

I have gone here for years, but it was not until I changed insurance that I realized how I was getting ripped off. They DOUBLE charge for the exam and charge DOUBLE if you order contacts from them than you can pay online. Call around for pricing with other companies before going here.

Wasnt satisfied with eye exam and prescription. DR. Couldnt get one machine to work right,so he didnt use it. He gave me a less strength prescription than last year. I wasnt satisfied. Most of the frames looked old. My insurance company paid 400 and he still wanted extra 275 and didnt know,when my new glasses be in. Wasnt satisfied with a $700. Pair of glasses with less strength and $ 100 old frames.So I will keep what I got. Never been unsatisfied trying to get glasses.
