Apprently their employees LOVE to STEAL people’s debit/credit card information. Someone at the store tried to buy $800 worth of sephora and about $200 worth of walmart . Went to the bank to get it disputed, and the lady told me this isnt the first time someone from this 7/11 has taken money from people using the atm . I will NO longer be coming here and I suggest yall do the same so your money doesnt get taken. Whoever is in charge of this store you need to watch your employees or better yet STOP STEALING PEOPLE’S HARD EARNED MONEY!

Have to go to this location on the regular being that it is on my way to work. The two ladies who work there (usually in the morning) are unprofessional and rude. They will be literally stocking cigarettes and joking around when you are standing there (for a prolonged period) ready to pay. Another thing they should consider changing to help speed up things is to have customers ordering food to step to the side and allow the customers purchasing one item to pay and leave, then once the line is caught up, grab them their food. Sometimes I have stood in like 10 plus minutes because they have to prepare food (when there are 3 customers just waiting to buy there stuff). Anyone else experience long wait times here?

The ladies were friendly and were working g to customers what they needed sent out the door. Love them

I got gas here and it was terrible! No paper when I requested a receipt at the pump, the clerk did not answer when I called on the box, and no sanitizer in the dispenser. When I went in the store for my receipt, the clerk showed no sense of urgency about the receipt paper being out. I will get my gas elsewhere in the future.

Night staff not wearing any masks at all very disappointing and disgusting.

Employees actually wear their masks and are typically nice and swift with customers.

Usually I have a great experience . But with the new covid lifestyle they absolutely do not follow guidelines or make sure customers follow suite . I go in Atleast twice a day and even the cashiers don’t have mask on . Customers aren’t standing 6 ft apart and no one is enforcing it . Poor management

Last night I had an awful experience. I went to pump gas & had started pumping before pressing a fuel type. When I turned around I noticed the mid grade was highlighted & I use regular. I 100% could have hit it on accident, but I’m pretty sure I didn’t. Anyway, I went inside to ask about the money situation because I hadn’t pumped gas yet, and was humiliated by the franchise owner. She had a nasty attitude, she was (in my & other customers opinion) disrespectful. Though my problem was solved & her attitude changed towards the end - I will not be back. I go to 711 about twice a day & have never had an issue until last night. Even after leaving, a customer came up to me to 1) apologize for how rude the owner was & 2) to say he feels like if that’s how the owner is, no wonder the staff isn’t friendly. Customer service goes a long way, this franchise owner can stand to remember that.

Customer service is immaculate here, the owner of this establishment is amazing! Great prices, nice staff, clean, food is fresh and hot, love this neighborhood 7-eleven! God bless this store!

Always clean and quiet, i stop here very often and the staff is usually nice.

I went here to buy a cup of coffee but there were just too many people and had to wait long for my turn. I felt that people work here were kinda rude too.
