Owners and employees all have bad attitudes. Dont even speak to their customers. Only people they know. Just plain rude. I stop going to this store. They need to learn how to appreciate their customers. Because customers keep them in business.

Stopped by for lunch they had fried chicken, gizzards, shrimps, subs. They had a nice size lunch menu. I got a steak & cheese and grilled onions. It was hot, very well made; not skimpy on meat. It was friendly and fast. Has a good mannerism of the employees .Very reasonably priced as well. Very clean inside and the restrooms as well.

DENIES BATHROOM USE EVEN TO MASKED CUSTOMERS DUE TO COVID WHILE NOT ENFORCING MASK MANDATE OR SOCIAL DISTANCING.I stopped here last night hoping to use the bathroom and get some caffeine as I was working an unusually busy shift. The place was packed with people mostly not wearing masks and not socially distancing. I had to dodge 2 people not wearing masks, one outside and 1 inside. They were coming too close even by nonpandemic standards. When I asked politely if I could use the bathroom key, I was informed that they arent allowed to let customers use the bathroom because of Covid. There is no state or local law forbidding businesses from allowing customers to use the bathroom. There is however a state mask mandate, and there were at least 3 customers with no face covering whatsoever in the store, 2 of which were in line being served. Clearly if they arent worried about the mask mandate, they arent really worried about Covid, so why was I denied use of the bathroom? I had my mask on. Change your rule or enforce the rules in a way that makes sense. I would have bought a soda and some candy, but I had to find a bathroom first, and this task already made me late to my next job.

Usually get the fried chicken but today I had the best ever italian sub! Got it heated with everything and the bread was not hard, various meats with a little spice. Fresh lettuce, tomatoes and thinly sliced onions. Love the vinaigrette they use! Will definitely try their other subs. Who knew? So happy about this finding. My only thing is, various men stand outside the store singing very loudly and/or ask for money as you get out of your car and approach the store. No avoiding it either.

Wonderful !!!! This is one place I call a hometown corner store. I have been going to this Citgo for over 10 years. Good food, great family owned atmosphere. They know you by name, friendly and very very very hard workers.

Bad service! Employee/owner has bad attitude. Will not shop in this store anymore. Takes other customers ahead of you instead of finishing with your transaction because he knows them. They judge your purchases and try to treat you in a negative manner.
