Employer pointed at me and my husband in parking lot while talking to another customer inside. Whatever it was about was inappropriate. Left before going inside, you do not conversation to customers about others. Dunno if there were issues because we were white and everyone else was if color. Not an issue to us but seemed or came across in negative light. This is an adult store! Maturity should always be in play. Don’t start talking about me or anyone to anyone else. Don’t judge by skin color or how they look. Will never return!

As soon as I walked into this store I was asked if I had a mask so, I left. Lame!

I have been here quite a few times and the are always helpful and have what I need. Plus the cashier with the long hair is so attractive. But they are quite knowledgeable when I need help and they are always polite and greet you when you enter and thank you when you leave. I would recommend this place to all my friends. Love it there it’s my adult play land.

When I walked I thought I knew what i wanted but after talking to the manager Chrystal I realized there were better options for what I wanted to do. Chrystals professionalism, knowledge, and guidance was a huge help and allowed me to be more comfortable discussing my sex life. I’ve been to local adult stores but this is by far the best!

So nice! Wide variety of anything you’d need with reasonable prices. Staff, DJ, was very knowledgeable, helpful and had a positive fun attitude. Will be returning whenever I need to spice things up!

I have been here a few times, and am always impressed with the wide selection of toys, clothing, and novelties they have. Theres truly something here for everyone. Ive purchased many items from this store, and have always been impressed by the knowledge of the staff. I will continue to be a patron of this wonderful establishment.

Great place, friendly staff that helped with deciding what to purchase. It loses a star because of the prices though. A simple variable speed vibe can range from 15 to 50 dollars - with no difference than brand and price. Otherwise, great selection that allows for more ideas.

DO NOT SHOP HERE PLEASE! The employees in this store racially profiles people. I’ve never experienced racial profiling in a store before and I can say that I’m very shocked. I walked in the store and neither one of the employees spoke so I already could tell that they have no type of customer service. I noticed another person (not of color) walk in and they greeted them and asked if they needed help with quickness. It’s sad that in 2020 this is still happening. I will never ever come back and neither will I recommend anybody to come here. If you want to be treated like a human being shop at The Love Shack or Priscilla McCalls.

They said I can return if I can’t fit it, it was my very first time there. I wish I would of read the signs like the employee said . But I was too busy shopping!! Other than that great customer service though

This place is the absolute best around!!!!! It has everything u need and even things u never thought to try. Ive spent over 300 so far. The employees are the best also. They answer all my questions and know about the products they sell. Very nice and friendly. Ive brought my friends in and they all say the same thing. The prices are a little high but definitely worth what u buy. Ill always be shopping here!!!!!

I absolutely love this place. I have been to Priscillas multiple times and nobody ever spoke to me when I came in or helped me and I never really found much. At Romantic Kingdom the girl I have seen both times I went was so nice and helpful. She has knowledge about anything you ask about and they have such a variety of different things. I absolutely love it and it is 100% my go to place whether its outfits, toys, bachelorette party favors, poles THEY HAVE EVERYTHING!!! ❤❤❤

Cass is the most helpful and knowledgable expert in adult toys I’ve ever met. I first went in lost, dazed and confused because I’d never been in an adult pleasure store and due to her help, I’ve been back 15+ times in the last two months I’ve known about this location and brought new friends with me almost every time, we have all loved our experience ever since because of her. Highly recommend going if you’ve never gone.

I love this shop. I’ve been twice so far and both times the ladies working were amazing and extremely helpful and friendly, showed me items out of packaging to compare size and make sure it was what I exactly wanted, even. The selection of everything is extensive, even heels to complete your look! I would recommend this shop over any other in this area.

Sales staff was super friendly when I was purchasing the product but the the product that was recommended for me to purchase didn’t work. Had the product less than a hour and was told they could not do anything” Sorry Hunny” and she hung up. No really pleased with the overall experience spent $100 for something I cannot use.

It’s Currently 2:05 and the stores open sign is in but the doors are locked when I called the store the lady said they werent opening up for another 45 minutes

Went there with questions and concerns and the sales woman Josie answered them all professionally and offered great advice. it was a very comfortable experience. I will definitely be returning and hopefully josie will be there to help me again.

Came into the store about two weeks ago and was credited the amount of my purchase instead of it being ran as a purchase by their obvious untrained employee. They notice THEIR EMPLOYEES error and not only do they take the credit back but they double charge me for my original amount! Spoke with police and my bank and it will be handled accordingly through the courts! PLEASE stick to love shack or Pricilla McCall’s. Save yourself the hassle and the theft because of THE COMPANIES ERROR!!

Was nicely welcomed however, apparently it was okay if I picked up an item and looked at it to see if I wanted to purchase it, but my fiancée picked up the same item once I sat it down and she was instructed not to touch the items. I normally wouldn’t think anything of it if me and the rest of the customers being treated nicely weren’t one race, while my fiancée was another. I think we will stick to Priscilla’s and Adam & Eve.

My first experience here was not good. When I get there the lady wasnt even in the store but came in with her Male friend. I did not know either person worked there until the lady walked behind the counter. As Im looking at the Display case she says dont touch nothing in there. I turn around to look at her to make sure she was talking to me. Then she says sorry I thought you were reaching in there. Not once did she ask could she help me or explain the set up of the store. Instead she watched my every move. It wasnt like she peeked here and there to keep an eye on me. She watched to where it made me uncomfortable. Hopefully it was just a rough day and it doesnt happen to anybody else.

Really large selection of toys, outfits, novelties, and DVDs Ive seen in this area. Staff was friendly, but also let me be when I was looking around, and when I had a question immediately knew were that product was and brought me right to it.
