Brought my Goldwing front tire in for a change out a few months back, The Mgr called the tire guy right away and he jumped right on it and it, he asked if I wanted the bead balance which was cool for him to ask, I said yes and in ten minutes he was done, this is how service should and could be for quick and easy bike business. Thanks again for a job well done and the bike conversation while waiting, I now have a ST1100 rear tire which need changing and good service gets return customers which I will do. Again thanks for a Job Well Done.

Everytime I have had to take my bike to Absolute its been nothing but great. Turn around time quality parts phone calls when my bike was there for days waiting on parts. I cant say enough about this shop. Best in the area and always willing to help. I will continue to spend my dollars at Absolute.

I have a 2010 Honda fury and had some issues with the fuel injectors.Though the schedule was packed, they found a way to squeeze me in and fixed my motorcycle in a timely manner. These guys are an awesome team! I like to work on my own bike, but since I’m living in an apartment right now, it’s not that easy. But these guys have taken such good care of me, it almost makes me want to never work on my bike again! They will tell you exactly what’s going on through the process. Very friendly staff, gives you their attention and is very interested in your needs and the care of your bike. I really appreciate how I and my wife were treated at Absolute Performance Cycles, we brought both bikes in for inspection and needed them back but some work was required. Everyone is usually stressed when it is inspection time and I am no exception but they took in the bikes with no appointment unlike the two weeks to make an appointment at the HRHD dealership and then the time it take them to get to your bike. I could see they had bikes on the rack but although I didnt need much just a rear tire they treated me as if I were their only customer. I will be going there for all my needs from now on.

I have been coming here for over four years. Every time I come in they greet me with a smile and call me by my name. The last time I came in was for my 25K mile maintenance on my 06 Harley Davidson FXDL and not only was the price fare but the service was great. They are also very military friendly. I will always recommend them to anyone.

I have used these guys multiple times now. They have always done excellent work. Charlie is who I mainly deal with and he has always given excellent customer service to myself and to those that I had recommended. Their labor pricing is competitive. Parts pricing is pretty good. I have found many parts at a lower cost from their shop and I have found others to be a higher cost. This is normal anywhere that you go. Overall, I am very happy with their service and until I have a major issue I plan on taking my bike there every time!

I went here for the first time on the recommendation of an automotive mechanic friend (I normally go to Cycle City Corp.) I waited for close to half an hour for the clown behind the counter to figure out how to order a part for the only other customer in the shop. I then went up and started to explain the SLIGHT electrical issue I have with my bike. He asked a few questions with an attitude of total frustration. Enter clown #2. He barged into the conversation and then told me Im not looking to get into that, theyre a pain. I realize I have an older bike. It is a 1983 Yamaha Venture handed down to me from my dad (who has always taken excellent care of the bike and maintained it meticulously.) That being said, I was totally flabbergasted and just said ok and exited. I cannot even fathom how a shop could refuse to even look at a vehicle because it may be difficult. If it was easy, anyone could do it. I will NEVER return to this joke of a business. I would not let them check the air pressure in my bicycle tires. I looked on Google out of curiosity and was stunned at their rating. OBVIOUSLY, only their buddies posted up until now. I cannot in good conscience let this go without sharing my horrendous experience. I only wish there was a zero rating because I got ZERO service!

These guys are great! Worked on my buddys old bike when no one else would. Even called afterwards to see how things were going and how he liked the bike. These guys are top notch.

Definitely more interested in making money then providing good customer service. At least theyre upfront and honest about it but they will overcharge you on parts and if they cant do that theyll make up the difference in labor.

These guys do good work. They have always taken care of me and my bikes. Depending on the time of year you might be in for a wait, but otherwise they will get to you in a timely manner.

I have been using them for at least 8 years they helped me get 98k miles on my HD super glide and if I thought it was worth it they could have kept it going . Now they keep my fat boy going . I like having a small shop with limited hands on my bike I trust them completely.

Seem like a good bunch of old guys. I can be a little skimmish approaching a MC shop, being, female and minority. These guys received me well and no charge for a minor repair. I purchased the major part I needed and went about my way. This may be my permanent repair shop.

These guys should have their own show on Discovery Channel. A true team of experts! They did an awesome job with my sons scooter (50cc POS from China). Hard to find anyone to repair them but Charlie Lynch and his team of mad scientist rose to the challenge. Greatly appreciate them working hard to get it back on road so my handicap son could get to-from work and continue to be independent. The problem was hard to find but they diligently worked it and would not let it go until it was running safely. Great to get this level of service even though we don’t have a high end performance bike. Location tip – look next to Midas.

This shop is top notch . I purchased some custom made pipes from on line, found out they cause my bike to sputter, misfire, etc,etc. Called shop talked to JOEL ( OWNER), took it in they rejetted carb and installed corbra pipes, tires . My bikes runs and rides 110% better thanks .

Kept my husband bike for over 2 months and didnt accomplish any work that they said they were going to do....I get that they might have been backed up...but 2 months to even get an estimate of the work needed on the bike??
