Ive used Lincoln Glass a couple times now, once to replace an RV window that needed a custom cut and recently to repair a rock chip in our family vans windshield. We ordered a frameless shower door and glass enclosure from them. They came right out to do the estimate and placed the order. They showed up on time to install. installation was professional and looks awesome. They stayed true to the cost estimate, no hidden charges. The crew was exceptional as well. I would use them again if needed.

Fast friendly service, I was surprised to see they even vacuumed up the glass from when my window got busted out . I didnt expect them too but that was very nice of them. Highly recommend 👌

After waiting several weeks, I cheerfully called to see if the shower door that we had ordered had come in by chance? Our place is a vacation rental and the door would not shut properly which created the possibility of water getting on the flooring. I was told that the door was in fact there but the office woman sounded very irritated and condescendingly told me that she had already had this conversation with me. She explained that they were not scheduling new installations at this time and that they were way behind. Her comment that there were many more pressing jobs ahead of mine did not make me feel like a valued customer. She ended up hanging up on me. So we have no way to know at this point when and if this shower door will be installed. We will not do business with this company again. Hope it was just a bad day for this gal.

My shower door fell out of its track. They sent someone over that fixed it right away and it now works great!

Dropped off my truck for a scheduled windshield replacement in the morning they told me it would be most of the day so went to work didnt here anything from them before they closed so stop by to find my truck outside still no new windshield ok I get it busy or whatever stuff happens but my truck was left unlocked with the key in the ignition very disappointed will not recommend or have any more work done by them

Had my windshield replaced here. They got me in the next day and everything went perfectly.

I am a General Contractor in Lincoln City. I have called 4 times and emailed twice and have still never received a bid in almost 3 weeks. They may be great for windsheild replacements but ordering materials for a jobsite has ended in failure.

Weve had an ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE experience with them. Needed my windshield replaced and waited for a month and a half for their next availability. On our appointment day, the windshield wasnt even ordered. Not to mention, my husband called them two weeks before that to make sure our new windshield was ordered. They said no problem if we didnt hear from them. We didnt and trusted that our car would be fixed on our appointment day like they told us. NO. They didnt even apologize about it and said itd take two more weeks or longer.What were you doing the last one month and a half?I immediately pulled my car out.I dont even know how this place is still in business.We have wasted our time and energy over this.Lack of capability and sincerity. Never again and our words will get around as were local.
