I had them come to my house to quote for a window. I paid upfront and was told the parts would take a week. That was in May, it’s now August! Their phone is disconnected and no way to contact them for refund.

These guys are great. They have a genuine care for there customers. I used them on a simple fix it ended up having a few hiccups but they did there best replacing and not charging any extra. They treated me fair and honest, two key ingredients to a good business. Ill be using them in the future!

Had my windshield replaced here. They did a great job in a timely manner at a good price. I would definitely go back.

The good - the first time I went to here they did a good job on making a screen for me at a reasonable price.The bad - Within this past week I setup a time for them to come out and get an estimate on replacing 2 screens and a blown out window. As far as I’m aware of no one showed up because I didn’t hear any knocking at the door and my dog wasn’t barking. Then I set up a second time to get an estimate. Still a no show. I’m going somewhere else.

I paid $50 for non glare glass for a large picture in a bright sunny room. I did not get the non-glare and the receptionist was not willing to question the staff about it. Ripped off!

They put my window in one door. And at no charge replaced the hadle in another one. I totally recommend them and will send family and friends their way.

These people are the worst to deal with. I highly recommend nobody to them. They dont answer a call and the owner is a coward and wont even talk to you;refers you to the guy inside. Hes had our screen door for over a month and comes up with the same excuse always. The excuse is always its supposed to be on the truck. Ya right... Worst Glass Company.

Came in today at 11:30 a.m. to discuss the possibility of having someone come out and look at a few of my awning type windows. I had tried working with Lincoln glass twice, each time they just didnt have time to come out. By lunchtime, I had 2 technicians come out and assess my windows. They were professional and seemed very knowledgeable. Looking forward to hiring them for the job. Another happy customer!

I broke a window on a Thursday night and I was able to bring it in the next day. They measured it, gave me a broad estimate, and sent in the information for a formal estimate. I got a call about 20 minutes after I left with the price, and they ordered the glass. It came in that Tuesday. I dropped off my broken window Wednesday at 3:45, and picked it up at 4:40 - totally fixed in less than a week! My replacement window came with a 10 year warranty against leaks or fog! Awesome experience, awesome employees. Would totally recommend these guys if you have any glass needs!

They have good employees and they try hard, but the guy who does their measuring has been screwing up and they are not very well prepared for when the new window doesnt fit. You also dont want to be the 2nd job of the day if you come in from out of town because they may never get there.

They wanted to charge me $105for what I got at Lincoln glass for $55Newport glass bite me.

I asked them to give me an estimate on having a window made they said no problem and after numerous phone calls and a little over thirty five days later they finally gave me a price gave them the money they wanted down down and then after back and forth conversations and never getting a phone calls returned they ended up never giving me the window and told me to come pick the money back up and to try always glass that is the worst service Ive ever gotten in my whole life and Ive been remodeling homes for 35 years

They replaced my car windshield and it leaked, took it back and then noticed the rubber around exterior of the window frame was clearly not covering as much as it had before and it looked bad. Back again and the rubber fit better but still did not look like the original or cover as much but I was tired of working with them, after a few days of driving a piece of the rubber that is tucked inside the frame started working its way out and flapping against the window! Jesus Christ. Incompetent if you ask me. My mother had a WORSE experience where her new windshield leaked so bad it soaked the inside of her truck and ruined her new GPS. I am not sure if they ever reimbursed her for the GPS, I just know they were arguing with them about the damages. They would have been better off to keep the chipped windshield then deal with a flooded car, mold and mildew and ruined electronics. At one time this place was good, we have gone there for as long as I can remember but the tow friendly guys in the front turned into one old guy and everything seemed to go down hill. We need screens for several apartment complexes and my boss told me NOT to go here, too many bad experiences. :(
