Last October I bought my Jeep Renegade from Mark Lease, excellent experience working with him. Last week Mark reminded me that my first oil change is free, which I really appreciated he took the time to do. The service was excellent and smooth. Most sales people walk away after the vehicle is sold but this is not the case with Mark Lease. I needed some help a while back with the Jeep and he went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. If you are looking for a new vehicle I highly recommend him, he is old school and honest!

Came in for a car repair left with a new car. It felt a little fishy the whole time. From service to sales. Nothing against them personally, but really felt like we were put into a position to buy when we really financially weren’t ready. Service gave us a grave diagnosis on a 4 year old Jeep with less than 60 miles, so feeling unsafe driving since they gave us no options to fix it. Well they did we would just have to wait over a week to possibly months and possibly be stuck with a huge bill and the car that might not ever work properly, all explained to me by service. She suggested to trade it in, go look at a compass she said. They were more than happy to take it as a trade in “at a loss” which I think every car salesman has told me every time I’ve traded in a car. I felt no sympathy. I feel it was a little sales game they must play. And lastly, the salesman was very nice to my bf.. lost another star today 6.30.2021. down to one starts after dealing with someone extremely rude regarding changing an appointment. We’ll be reaching out to Chrysler to find a new dealership all together!

Overall it was a good experience. I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted and they even gave me more money for my trade in. They cleaned the car inside and out ( even though it was brand new) and filled it up with gas. They were all very helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend them. The best part out of all of this, I didn’t feel rushed and pushed around (like most salesmen do). They respected me and helped me get a really great car at a fair price. I will be returning for when my husband is ready to get a truck for sure! Thank you again John and everyone else at power who helped me!

My brother Robert Lawrence bought a truck from Newport Power Dodge. It was the best thing he has ever done. The sales crew went out of there way to make it the most enjoyable and memorable experience in purchasing a vehicle. They were mainly concerned about what the customer wanted, making the entire purchase about the customer. Most other car lots leave the customer feeling like all they wanted was to push another vehicle off their lot. I would recommend Newport Power Dodge to everyone for their next vehicle purchase. We take our current Jeep here for service. Yesterday we were at the lot looking at the new Jeep trucks. We were near the street between their lots when I saw a salesman enter the street from the south lot walking towards the north lot. He paused briefly to look at us but then continued his walk to the north lot. We made our way back to the north lot where we were parked. We were opening doors of the vehicles to take a closer look, and I saw the same salesman in the building watching us but he never came out. We took this to mean that he could not care less about selling us one of these beautiful trucks. Well go to Eugene for our new Jeep purchase, and Power will also lose our service business, too.

After very poor experiences at Portland area Chrysler dealer repair shops it was a wonderful surprise to get friendly helpful and quick service at Power Chrysler in Newport. 4pm on Friday my check engine light came on. Called and they were able to check it out right away. Again, friendly and helpful and had me on my way, with peace of mind, in less than half an hour.

Made a Appointment at 1pm to get my new Wrangler serviced for the first time. Drove over 70 miles one way to go to the dealership where it came from. I arrived early at 12:30pm. I had a hard time finding it due to it being in a building that says Ford. The person on the phone could have told me that. Also there was no where to park as the lot was full and disorganized. My car was done in 17 minutes. I asked if they could put the license plates on, and was told no problem. Nathan told me that they couldnt put the one on the front on because it didnt have a bracket, and that I could talk to the parts dept. I asked if a new Jeep came with one. He just looked at me. The gentleman at the parts department told me after over 10 minutes that it would be over $32 and might be here by Tuesday. I left. My family have purchased 8 vehicles from Power lots, and They all came with the brackets to put on the plates. It must be just the one in Newport that doesnt. Going out Monday and getting licence plate covers so I can replace the one that says Power.

I took my 2016 Jeep Cherokee to Power for a simple oil change. A week later we headed out on a fishing trip.We stopped in Eugene for the night. When I got up and was getting ready to go I seen oil on the back of my Jeep and all over the safety chains.Keeping the story short I took the Jeep to Lithia Dodge and Jeep in Eugene. I explained what the problem is and we are on a trip.They managed to get us in right away.After the inspection we were informed the oil cooler that the oil filter attaches toThey informed us that the last tech cracked the cooler thus causing a leak.Lithia kept the Jeep for a week as they needed to order parts. They are great they helped rent a car so we could drive back to Newport to and pick up our other rig.Once our trip was over we picked the Jeep up.We presented the over 500.00 bill to Powers so they could reimburse us.The answer was NO! I WILL NEVER TAKE ANYTHING TO POWERS AUTO GROUP AGAIN!!!THEY SUCK THEY DAMAGED MY JEEP AND DENIGHED IT!

Had a RECALL on the ignition switch for my Chrysler 300. Never had any problems with it previously but brought it in anyway to Power Newport the first part of August. They switched out the ignition switch and within the month I had problems with it not starting. It was as if the battery was dead. Also the security feature turned on and stayed. I called to let them know and they set up an appointment. I show up for my appointment and find out that it appeared they had actually put a faulty or recalled ignition switch in my car. The tech was surprised it started at all. They had to order the part and rescheduled me to come back. When I showed up for that appointment they informed me that the part had not arrived and they rescheduled me to come back the following week. The day I was supposed to come in they called and said the part had not arrived and they would call me when it did. Still waiting :( !!

We were traveling through Newport and needed help with our dodge dart, the service dept was very helpful and got us going on our way again, thank you for your great service!
