We are a new dealer for heavy farm equipment and our tractors cannot lift (3 tons a unit) off a trailer. We called Trusted Rentals and ask if they could help us. They made everything so easy, fast and priced right. I had the load delivered to Trusted Rentals were we met the load driver, Trusted Rental employees and owner. A couple of hours later, with expert Tele-Handler work, we had the all the equipment offloaded. Not a scratch. Everyone there was professional and a pleasure to work with.

The people at Trusted Rentals were amazing to us! We were traveling and damaged our brake cord on our RV, we were pretty stuck! Luckily after stopping at a few other shops, we were directed to Trusted Rentals! Mike quickly fixed our RV brake cord and the women in the shop were very kind and helpful! Thanks, Trusted Rentals- you saved the day for our little family on the road!

This place is awesome. Great crew, new machines and great prices. Buster is always a pleasure to deal with. My go to rental place from now on.

Not sure how good Trusted Rentals is. Requested a quote 2 weeks ago and the owner got back to me with in an hour saying his guys Scott or Henry would get back to me. Someone (they never signed the email so not sure who) responded a couple hours later asking for more information. Gave them what I was looking for got a response saying they would get something together. A week later followed up and no response here we are another week later still no response. Working in sales I have learn treat your customers with respect honest and get back to them in a timely manner. Your customer base will stick with you and grow. Dont do this and you wont have the customers to support your business. Hope they dont treat all there customers this way.Update:I did end up receiving the quote I requested and it was acknowledge that this was not normal business practice, of not responding to a customer and I did receive an apology. I also had the owner personally reached out to me to make sure I got what I requested and that I was satisfied. The reason for my changed review as I am satisfied with what I got and that I did receive an apology and the owner took time to acknowledge.

I rented an excavator from them last year and had a great experience. The machine was in perfect condition and the customer service was excellent. The guys are great and I now go to them for everything, from vehicle maintenance to metal fabrication. Highly recommend!

I rented a man lift from here back in December. Due to snow conditions, I wasnt able to get the lift where I needed it on the property. When Buster picked up the machine a few days later, he asked how the job went. I told him I wasnt able to use the machine for the job. He offered to drop the lift off again a week later and get the lift into position for me at no extra charge. Buster dropped the lift off for the second time, put the lift into position for me, and stayed on site for the hour or so that I was using it. When i was done, he moved the lift again and loaded it onto his trailer. He went way above and beyond what I would have expected. It was not his fault that the lift couldnt initially get to that section of my property. When I need to rent a piece of equipment in the future, I will absolutely be giving Trusted Rentals a call.
