I had spent WEEKS going to soooo many stores without any luck finding my odd shoe size and it being comfortable. I live over an hour away but grew up in the area, and a coworker reminded me this store was down in Newport. I walked in the nice young guy listened to what I needed; brought out 3 pairs in my EXACT size/width; and helped me try them on. He noticed I walked a bit inward due to high arches and encouraged me to try the third pair on b/c it was made just for people like me... and sure enough they fit AMAZING! So comfortable too! And the icing on the cake... he had me in and out in under 10 minutes!! I’m sorry I didn’t catch this person’s name, but they were great! I will never go anywhere else for shoes! The experience and quality is totally worth the hour drive!! Thanks guys!!

For the first time ever as an adult I had my feet measured. Despite not being anything close to a runnerv I ended up in the store because I want comfortable shoes to walk in for long walks. this kind young man took the time to really measure my feet and get proper inserts in the right shoes. I cant believe how much of a difference it is. Im not used to spending this much on items but the quality really is unmatched. You get what you pay for. Sometimes its worth it to spend more for the RIGHT thing. I have spent a fortune on a series of wrong shoes. After the in-store purchase I made an online purchase of the most comfortable flip-flops that Ive ever had in my life! I plan to go back into the store to see if they have another pair. Very pleasant experience, told them what I was looking for and the gentleman showed me 3 different pairs and within 12 minutes I walked out with the most comfortable, supportive shoes that Ive had in a long while. They fit perfectly and are extremely comfortable...couldnt of had a better experience, I would recommend them to anyone...pleased immensely...😊✌.

Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. They measure your feet, assess your gait, and give you several shoe recommendations to try out. There’s even a treadmill to trial the shoes out. I came out with an excellent new pair of shoes and I will def be going back for my next pair!

Don’t ever go to jack rabbit. They are dishonest. I bought 4 pair of socks. They didn’t work for me. The package said life time guarantee. I didn’t have the original packaging. They shrank and showed signs of wear with one wearing. And they hurt the back of my ankle which is why I was purchasing new socks to begin with. Lots of places now would have been happy to have my business. I left angry and threw their defective socks on their floor. Not my finest moment moment

My experience here was top notch! I knew the shoe I wanted to purchase going in, and was not tried to be talked out of it. The staff was very knowledgeable, patient, and super helpful. Of you need some new running shoes, I recommend giving this place a shot. Parking was a bit scarce, but was not too difficult. Check them out.

I am so grateful for Jennifers help and expertise! I called for help with figuring out what to do for plantar fasciitis, and she set me up with the perfect shoes, insoles, sandals for around the house, and a roller to work it out. She had it all ready for me with available curbside pickup. Highly recommend!

Great local shoe shop. Knowledge staff, they take the time to size you. Tell them what your looking for in a shoe and they will get several options for you to test out. Got a treadmill for you to see how they feel on your run. Other running stuff is on hand, gels and beans for energy on long runs, stuff to help recover, sports apparel, socks. Low pressure chill spot whether youre a new walker or seasoned marathon runner.

Parking available right across the street for a buck or so. The store has a new name but the service has remained as good as my last visit two years ago. The clients seem to be very much running oriented. They sell running shoes but I come to them for athletic shoes that I can walk in. The sales staff take their time in fitting the shoe to the foot and even let me walk out on the wet pavement so that I could see how well they gripped. Knowing that I was not a runner, they still treated me with the same courtesy as any other. Ill be back!

I just bought a pair of Hoka’s earlier today. And I really have to say one great experience. Sales person very friendly and helpful. Only reason I gave four stars instead of five is I hope they keep up on the good work. I will Definitely refer to people:)

Purchased a pair of New Balance 860v6 to walk on the treadmill! Will give you the verdict on the shoe later. Thanks Kim and Rob.... the New Balance shoes was not a good fit. Best shoe store around. Best fitting shoes Ive ever worn

Super helpful and friendly staff. Ive had problems with shoes as my feet are between sides. This leads to at best, discomfort and at worse, pain. They were able to find the right pair that fit like a glove. I highly encourage you to check them out if youve had or have foot problems. This place used to be named Bobs Running Spot.

I had an awesome experience today at my first trip to this store. I worked with Madison and she helped me choose the right pair of shoes for an upcoming race. The crew there really paid attention to what I needed. Im definitely going back to this store.

When I stopped by to buy a pair of walking shoes. Found a pair and they had a sign that said they were on sale for $29.99 and a sticker also on the shoe for $29.99. Was then told the sale was over and they were $99.99 now. I said well the shoes are still marked $29.99. Was told sorry they are $99.99. Needless to say I left and won’t shop there again.

Just trying to get into running and i was taken such great care of here. Im not sure if ive ever had a nicer shopping experience anywhere.Oh and the shoes rule too! A bit expensive ( i got a good deal) but high quality. Worth every penny.
