This is such a great place to store your belongings for a great low price! Paul was very informative and was very nice. Definitely can’t wait to do business with him again and I will for sure let everyone know how great this place was!

I had a last minute change to my moving plans, I found a storage unit at Cube Smart on the fly w the help of the manager, Paul. I then booked an extra unit the next day, but ended up not needing it... it was no hassle to book it in the first place and no hassle to then cancel... and Alicia helped me process the order with no worries. Very grateful for their help in a stressful time.

Super clean. Alicia is super nice. There were a couple hidden fees I didnt know About (roughly 40 bucks) but all in all it was a good experience.

I have loved this storage unit, as the cleanliness and safety of it surpasses any others. I’ve paid for the unit for over a year. In the past year however, my rent has been raised twice for a total of $40 extra per month. During a global pandemic at that…I’m looking at other locations now, as there’s no way I could afford a $40 yearly increase if that trend continues. Super disappointed.

Our unit flooded causing over $13k in loss and damage. We were not made aware of the water leak until 3+ days after it occurred. By the time we got to the unit there was already mold growing on items.We weren’t given any financial compensation for damages or to help us move units. We were told we were responsible for moving everything to the new unit ourselves and we were not given any type of dumpster to discard ruined items.It was clear that we were just a number to cubesmart, they do not care about their customers or the situations that cubesmart facilities cause.

Starting and ending the lease was so easy, pricing was upfront (no hidden fees), storage units were easy to access (24/7 access with garage doors so you can pull into the building), units were easy to find, and staff was extremely helpful.

Very convenient but the elevator should be bigger and definitely should have a hold button so its not constantly closing on you when your trying to load stuff in there.

Poor customer service. Poor communication skills. poor customer service. Poor communication feels. Condescending tones when dealing with customer. Unit was not accessible attempted to relocate. Left the customer outside in the heat while getting information on another unit. It was extremely hot. I had on a mask. No excuse. Was unable to get a better unit and basically said tough luck
