Great prices and excellent service. The tech called first thing the morning of the install to set the appointment and make sure there was no scheduling issues. Then he called again and said he could be there earlier then planned if we wanted. Very professional and would recommend binswanger glass to anyone looking for glass needs.

Called the Hickory location, lady answering the phone had a really bad attitude and stand offish. She took my info and said the installer would call me when he had an opening for a particular day. Well guess what? no call, nothing. So, I guess they hate $$$. Ill be more than glad to take my business down the road to Window World! At least they have good customer service and want the business! Beware of this place!
