If I could give -5 stars I would. We have had nothing but problems since they replaced our windshield (which they were two days late coming to do in the first place) we now have multiple broken clips, a windshield that leaks, and the stuff they use to seal it all over the inside and outside of our car.
I for one havent been a customer, have had a very bad experience with this gentleman. Today two of my kids and myself were traveling on 35 North, just south of Salina, came across this white Dodge pick up I passed him and proceeded on. He stayed on our side for the most part traveling respectfully, when I from the right lane came upon a car in front of me so I merged into the left lane, which was in front of him. He then proceeded to jump to the right lane speed up cut between me and the other car, which there wasnt enough room for his truck to fit through cutting me off. I had to slam on my breaks to avoid from hitting him and as he flipped me off then took speeding down the highway. I decided to call and address this with the company, he proceeded to say well youre talking with the driver. I informed him that I would like to file or make a complaint. He continued that there was nothing I could do.This gentleman had a very bad attitude, with no regards to endangering others, or any kind of professional mannerism of driving or dealing with a complaint.
If I were able to give less then 1 star I would. Chapman Auto Glass has the worst customer service EVER!!! Not only did they cut the cloth on the top or our van and damage the side panels they left grease all over our van. After all that when we called and asked about it they said it was like that before. They came back and looked at it and had bad attitudes on the phone and in person to the point that the owner of Chapman ran from his car to get in my wifes face. Never go to Chapman unless you want bad customer service and damage to your vehicle.
