I was in for a service procedure I thought would take 2+ hrs . I was wrong, finished in great time.

Super friendly staff. Always up to speed on repairing my car and filling tires with air. Fair prices. Never felt cheated. Honest staff.

They dont call you back when they say they will. Their defense to that statement is that they have a call center and they forget to tell the dealership that you called or that they are supposed to call you back. My car has been in the shop for over a week and they didnt have a courtesy car until 5 days in.

I was at this business last week. The phone was answered professionally. I got to the right person the 1st time. The body manager came to my vehicle and greeted me. He ushered me into the cool air and lounge. My experience was Super Great. I bought a vehicle once in the 80s from them. The salesman didnt know his numbers. I bought something I didnt want. Over wise I would have gave a 5-star.

I have made contact 3 times and never got a salesman.

I have been servicing my vehicles at Conklin for a couple years now and have great experiences there. The customer service is helpful and friendly, they give me rides to and from home while service is being done, I get inspection information on how my vehicle is doing, and havent had any issues with repair work done. The prices are fair compared to other shops and dealerships in the area, and they just do a good job taking care of me when I come in.

1 star doesn’t do justice towards how horrible and unprofessional they are. Over the weekend I went in to put in an offer towards a truck that they had. To make a long story short they sold the truck as I was pulling into their lot to finalize it all even after I had spoken to Sora on the phone telling him that I’d go later in the afternoon and he told me specifically that he’d hold it for the day. Absolutely terrible terrible business. I hope no one goes through what I went through.

I cant believe that I had to have an argument about whether or not my car had been washed even though you could clearly see that someone had wiped part of the car with a dry cloth and dust and dirt was still obviously there. I left with the car in that condition because I couldnt believe I even needed to mention it more than once! All the guy had to do was LOOK at the car and see that it clearly wasnt washed. However, I was much more concerned that my tires were not set to the proper psi. I drive a Cadillac ATS4. The front tires recommend 32 and the rear 35. I checked it on my app before arriving and brought it to the gentlemans attention. He checked the drivers door insert then set all four times to 32! If you cant even set the tires to the correct pressure then how do I know youve even bothered to do any of the other things you say youve done? My child drives my car! I am so angry right now. This was my 2nd car purchase from your dealership and Ive had all my maintenance done there too. The level of service has really dropped off over the past 2 years. I also wonder how many cars you send out the door with incorrect tire pressure? Correct pressure helps extend the life of tires, helps maximize fuel efficiency and can be the cause of traffic accidents. I trusted you with my family and you let me down.

Very expensive: Vehicles priced at least $2000.00 ABOVE Blue Book Certified Dealer prices. Good Sales staff; price is the only problem.

245$ for oil change/ tire rotation and for somebody to look at my windshield washer pump when I clearly knew it needed replaced. 8$ to vacuum my car when it looked like it hadnt been touched? Not pleased at all.
