Joeseph and Sonia are the best. I found them because they had the car I was on the hunt for (2011 Mercedes E350 wagon in white). They made the sale so smooth and easy. I never felt like they were being “car dealers” with me. It was fantastic. Since having the car for a few months, it’s needed a few small service things done. I happily drive the two hours to have them do the work. They were eve able to get the work done on a Saturday to fit my work schedule. The work was done faster than predicted and they took amazing care of me. These are people who treat their customers like family. That’s a rare thing these days.

Came in today to test drive a 2008 M3. Stan was absolutely amazing to work with and had answers to all of my questions. Normally as an 18 year old car enthusiast people will turn me away quickly (especially on something like an M3) and not take me seriously however this was not the case in here. Stan welcomed me and was kind enough to allow me to test drive the M3 and it was an incredible car. Unfortunately, we were not able to come to a deal on the vehicle but I would absolutely consider this dealership for a future car purchase. Let me please point out first that I am not really one to write many reviews, good nor bad..but I absolutely felt it necessary to make sure this place got one. If I could give these guys another star for their outstanding service, I would in a heartbeat. Firstly, they only buy and sell cars they personally like and let me tell you, every car they have is extremely nice and of the highest quality. Being a car guy, I was thoroughly impressed when I saw their hand picked selection of used luxury cars. They also just so happened to have a 2015 GT Mustang with super low miles on it, of which I am now the proud owner of and I couldnt be happier with it. I dealt with the whole team at Newton Automotive during the purchase and everyone was very nice and easy to deal with. The buying experience was completely the opposite from what you might expect from a larger dealership. Olek was by far the most straight shooter Ive ever spoke with buying a car. Crooks! Dont spend your money here. Bought a BMW from them. Day I was supposed to pick it up the motor blows. 4 months and 3 motors later finally get car back. Put less than 3,000 miles on it and it now needs another engine. Seized solid. They wont warranty labor just motor. Repair shop I have it now says motor oil and filter never changed when they installed it. Sent me pics of filter and oil. Oil is black as coal and filter is crumbled like its been in there for 20k. Never going back.

I dont usually write reviews but the whole experience with Newton Automotive warrants my efforts. The entire process inclusive of purchasing and post purchase service was simply second to none. They didnt sell me a car, they introduced me to a variety of autos that I was interested in, they then shared with me the vehicles inherent pros/cons and then said take them for a ride. I chose a BMW X6 50i and have loved the car. I had a few questions 6 months after the initial purchase regarding getting a 3rd key as well as a roof rack for bike transportation and they not only recommended one but professionally installed it. The best auto repair service ever. After getting rammed pretty hard from the rear the car now looks brand new. They thoroughly cleaned the inside too. I purchased a Mercedes from this dealership and paid top dollar according to all the research that I had done. The car looked gorgeous but within 90 days I had it towed several times. I couldnt even drive it anywhere for fear of getting stuck. I took it to a Mercedes dealership and they told me that it needed $14K in repairs including a new transmission. Buyer beware!

5 stars is an underestimate to grade this business and the people running it. I have never had such an amazing service and car shopping experience before. Ive always associated mechanics and car dealers with conniving and pushy salespersons but these guys are the opposite. I stopped by for an inspection sticker and oil change for my car, while I was waiting I decided to check out some of the wonderful cars that have on their lot and got a chance to sit in every single one of them without being convinced what is the best one for me. Stan and Joseph were kind enough to give me a lot of information for their inventory and the financing and service options they offer. Everyone likes luxury cars but not everyone can afford them! This place makes that happen. Now, people keep forgetting that buying an used car always comes with an increased possibility for issues but If you want a worry free ownership ask them for the extended warranty they have and how ready they are to go above and beyond to get the issues fixed. I have been very satisfied with the services on my current car and soon enough I will be making my BMW 5 series purchase from them as I fully trust these guys. I suggest to stop by and pay them a visit and see it for yourself. I would highly recommend this place to all my family and friends as it represents a business of hard-working honest people who care about their customers and the future of the company they represent.

I went here to get my car inspected after reading so many positive reviews online. I dont know much about cars, so I was hoping for friendly people and a simple explanation of what was going on. My car failed both the safety and emissions portion of the test, and the guy refused to explain to me why. He told me that if I wanted an explanation, he would have to charge me for an official diagnosis. Now I may not know much, but I find that to be completely unacceptable and rude. All I wanted was an overview of what went wrong so that I could go get it fixed.After making the necessary repairs, I went back for my retest. Even though I had called ahead and was told that there would be time to see me later that day, I was abruptly refused service when I arrived at the shop. I work full time and had left work early specifically to come get my car re-inspected because I had been told there would be time.To make matters worse, he told me that they did not do appointments. So I guess now I just have to keep leaving work early and showing up, hoping that he will be able to see me. But I suspect that he is just going to keep turning me away, because of how rude he was to me.Needless to say I will never be going back to this store once my inspection drama is over, and I came on here to write this review to alert others so that they would not fall into the same trap.

Brought a used bmw and financed with them and paid a $2k as a down payment, and they did a switch and jack up the price on paper and also said I never put a down payment.I end up paying a extra $4.5k due to Stan switching paper. Not even 2 week after the car have issue and I took it to a mechanic and he did a checkup, found out the car transmission is all crack up and need replacing and not safe to drive.The mechanic said this is old damage and the car frame is breaking apart, and it’s not worth it to fix since it will cost more then the car worth. He told me even if I fix transmission, the bottom frame of the car is too weak and it would only last 1-2 month before I have to spend more money to fix it.I Called back and talk to Stan and he said I damage the car and try to blame him, I Told him he sold me a defect car and lied about them putting $2k repair to fix the car.not only that but he switch paper and I end up paying a extra $2.5k on a jack up price compare to what I originally agree upon. Also they stole my $2k down payment and said I never did a down payment.Maybe because I’m Asian and they want to take advantage of me. The guy even swear at me and called me names and hung up the phone and refuse to do anything.If you buy used from them you need a mechanic to look at the car before you buy for damage. Once you out the lot they will refuse any damage even if it break 5 mins after you leave the lot.

From minute one, you can feel the honesty and the right atmosphere in this place. Olek is fabulous, he is humble, very knowledgeable, tells it like it is and advises you what is right for you without pushing in any way. Joseph is amazing and only gets cars as if they were his own, so obviously even used cars are in very great shape. My car needs some minor adjustments that they disclosed to me during the sales process and they have committed to fix everything we have discussed and even to provide a loaner car. I am definitely pretty precise, asks questions and like things done well; those guys have exceeded expectations on the sales and service side.The car selection process was quick and easy, no need to bargain as the prices are very reasonable. Once decided, I dealt with the finance side of Newton Automotive. Zach, the finance guru is excellent, he knows what he is talking about, he works with you on the best possible scenario and does not leave any rock unturned. They certainly all want to get cars off their lot but they will never use number of cars as a benchmark, they will use the customer satisfaction as a benchmark and will only send you back home with the car that is right for you and your budget.This place lives and breathes honesty, people are warm, funny, professional, good in business, care about their customers and the cars they sell them. I have no words to describe how pleasant this experience was. I had a small issue with my head lights when I bought my car. Not only they replaced both lights in no time but they also had my car inspected by BMW just to make sure that everything was done the right way. I came here to look at a Land Rover they had. Unfortunately some one did beat me to the punch on purchasing it. However they were pleasant to work with. The office and show room area was clean and well kempt. I would also add that they were professional in there demeanor. I didnt work with the financing department so I cant speak to that as I was paying cash. However the gentleman that works in financing is the one that showed me the vehicle and he was kind and responseful if not knowledgeable in the vehicle I was looking at.With all that being said if youre in the market for a used car Id try and give them a shot.

Stan is the Man when it comes to buying cars from. He waited till I got off from work and I didnt get to his Dealership till 8 pm an hour after they closed. I test drove a 2012 BMW X5. He more than made sure that I was completely happy with the vehicle. In all my years shopping for cars this was easily the most enjoyable experience. These guys aim to please. I would strongly recommend them to anybody that is in search of a new vehicle. One more thing his prices are a good $1500 less than two other dealerships for the same exact vehicle and similar mileage.

When I came to Joseph and Stan to use their car finder service I was skeptical because the car I was searching for was extremely hard to find in the condition and with the mileage I wanted. It wasnt even two week later I was driving my new to me BMW with an extended warranty and 15k LESS miles then I had given them a limit of. These guys are the best for sales and service. I bought a car from here and people are nice and I got a OK deal. The reason I reviewed three stars is because they promised me window tint service for free if I buy the car from them and now almost 8 months later they are claiming they never said that and are charging me for the tint. Small issue, I know, but these small problems are the annoying little cheap tricks that mechanics and all pull. I recommend buying cars from here but just keep yours eyes open.

You didn’t refuse to fix my car and I got mad, instead you should tell people the truth and I know that’s not your forte. You actually didn’t keep your promises to fix my car for the things that should have been fixed when you handed the car to me anyways. It’s not me that is making your JOB Difficult, its actually the dishonest business your are running on daily basis. Dealers like you are probably giving other dealers bad reputation as well. Is it my fault that you kept lying to me since April that I purchased the car without getting anything done? Airbag light? Changing the car miles from 126000 to 114000 when you fixed the cluster ? The window that you were going to fix the passenger headlight looking aside ? Is that normal that after you got in an argument with me you took the car on the street and drained the oil and coolant so the car could burn and maybe kill me and my wife as well ? Also that you told me before I left your garage be careful on the road ? Is it my fault that when I bought the car I re-mentioned everything to Stan as well and I asked him to give me everything in writing and refused to do so, and said to me we are not that kind of people? Do you think that’s a normal way to run a business? I understand you are dealing with some crap right now which came as consequences of the way you are running your sketchy business. However, I am dealing with some crap too now that I don’t know what to do with this car and don’t feel any safe to drive it at all after you threatened “ be careful driving”. NOW I am paying monthly car payment and insurance for a car I don’t feel safe to drive after you destroyed the car instead of fixing it. Its fun to be me huhhh. I cant believe there are people in this world you give your money to and whatever they ask for to make a clean business, and at the end they want to screw you up on everyway. I have been going to Joseph at Newton Automotive for 2 years now. I first went to him with my Audi A6 because he was close to my work and it was convenient (I work in Watertown). Now I refer all my friends and family to go to him. His pricing is fair, he does not upsell unnecessary repairs and I leave with my cars fixed. Olek, the sales manager, was extremely helpful. He was very responsive to my e-mails and calls and answered them all in great detail and provided me with whatever I asked for. Their purchasing process was also a breeze. The most no-nonsense car purchase from a dealer Ive ever experienced, actually, and Ive bought a lot of cars. On another note, I had a hell of a time arranging shipping for my vehicle. My car sat at their dealership for an entire week after the purchase, waiting for a trucker to pick it up, and Olek and Newton Automotive were extremely understanding and patient with me. They said No problem at all. Your car is ready whenever the trucker can arrive. Dont worry about it.My car was finally picked up, and most importantly, my car arrived completely as described by Olek. What a relief. I have bought numerous cars sight unseen before, and its always a bit nerve racking. Thank you so much, Olek. I really appreciate all of the help and service you provided me with. I have used Newton Automotive Service for my cars service since 2009. The work offered is professional and expert, and very efficient. However, the real greatness of this shop comes from its owner and the expert crew - Joseph applies a world-view and care for people usually associated with spiritual leaders, not repair shops. I have had car problems great and small. Im trying to get around to the crass topic of money, so Ill just spit it out: the shop has always charged whats fair, or more than fair (in the customers favor). They have even come out to my house to help my car when it couldnt get to the shop on its own. I am glad to endorse and support this shop!

Audi,BMW,RangeRover,Jaguar,Mercedes...name any German car and they will get it for u at a great price.Have a service center as well to fix ur car if it breaks down.Their cars are authentic luxury and come cheap for that matter.Staff are friendly too...Good dealership overall

Best dealership Ive seen in MA so far. Stan and Joe go beyond and above for their customers. I bought a Bmw 5 series in 2015 from Stan and everything from the test drive to me walking out of the dealership was my best experience ever buying a car. I wasnt overcharged for the car as compared to the other dealerships around the area offering a similar vehicle and also the vehicle was in a very good shape. If you are thinking of purchasing a vehicle and dont want someone to sell you only because they are a sales person but because they actually care about you this is definitely the place to stop and speak to Stan. Moreover, it doesnt end when you buy the car, they have an amazing service at very affordable price. My vehicle broke down in New Jersey when I went on a road trip . All dealers around the area were charging me ridiculously and when I called Joe, he offered me a better price such that I towed the vehicle to back to MA to have it fixed just to tell you the trust I have in these guys and everything since then has been perfect.If you want the best customer experience either from buying or servicing car I will definitely recommend you give a ring to these amazing guys and you will never regret the fact you ever did.

I was introduced to Joseph Kammouj and Oleg, Salesman of the Company by a close friend who has been dealing with them for many years and has bought her cars from them. They were wonderful to deal with. They were ethical, fair, professional and fun to deal with! They gave me more than the Kelly Blue Book value on my trade in, explained everything clearly and simply. They gave me the used car I was buying at less than the Kelly Blue Book value. They advised me on a finance company that was more competitive than my previous finance company. A joy to deal with. I have never said that about any Automotive Dealership before. During the cars final inspection they discovered that the tyres were Blown. They supplied new, top of the line tyres at their cost. I highly recommend this Company, Oleg and Joseph.

I wish I could give this business 100 stars. I recently purchased a car from Newton and could not be happier with the buying experience I received from Joseph, Olek, and Zach. The down to earth, no pressure, super friendly staff made purchasing my F430 (even from out of state) a zero stress transaction. These are the type of guys you drop 100k on a car and then take THEM out for beers. Joseph was very helpful and got me in touch with a paint expert not far from their store so I could get a few bumper scrapes touched up. (Letting my wife and I follow him in a G wagon was a plus) Communication with Olek was excellent! He stayed in touch with me every step of the way either by call or text. Zach was awesome with keeping my wife informed with everything that needed to be done with the financial part of the purchase. If you live in or around the Boston area or live across the country, do your self a favor and purchase your next car from Newton Auto. Easy and stress free

Wow. In a single bound, Stan--new owner of Newton Automotive aka Stans Automotive Inc.--has changed the automatic stereotype of used car salesmen in my book. Honest, fair, and the opposite of pushy, Stan is someone my family will look to do business with again and again. Six months ago, our 20-year-old (yes, TWENTY-year-old) Toyota Camry was finally gasping its last breath. With a preschooler and newborn now rounding out our crew, we knew it was time to upgrade...but we couldnt possibly afford a new car.Enter Stans/Newton Auto. Though we were looking for a decent used minivan at a reasonable price, what we found with Stan was an impeccably maintained 2010 Toyota Sienna with all the bells and whistles we never dreamed of searching for. Looking via USAAs (awesome, incredibly trustworthy) carbuying service, we stumbled across this car, and thereby, Stan and his team.We braced ourselves for the initial call to inquire about the car, anticipating all the unflattering stereotypes of a used car outfit. Instead, we were relieved to find his zero-pressure salesman/finance manager, Zach, on the opposite end of the line, who instantly put us at ease. He told us that Stan only picks up clean cars (aka cars without a shady past/history of accidents, etc) for resale at his shop. There was no opportunity to negotiate, but that didnt matter, as Consumer Reports had already told us the price of this model/year/condition was below market value, and to be honest, not having to haggle was yet another relief for these two sleep-deprived parents, newly juggling the joys and challenges of two tiny children.A test drive sealed the deal--the Sienna was just as awesome as presented online--and soon, we were the proud owners of our first real family car. Zach and Stan made the process easy, handling the registration paperwork and expediting things as much as they possibly could.Though a tire pressure alert light caused us some concern during the test drive, Stan assured us if we had any issue with it post-sale, he would make it right. And he stood by that--even when our overburdened, overwhelmed plates caused days to become weeks and even months before we could fully address it.Six months later, we cant imagine life without our beloved all-wheel-drive (!) Sienna, and we still cant believe our good fortune at finding Stan, Zach, and Newton Automotive. (Bonus that they also provide full auto repair services if we ever have that need!) Were keeping an eye on our other aging-but-hanging-in-there car, and when it ultimately moves on, we know where to look for a great deal and great service.Without reservation, I would recommend Newton Automotive Services / Stans Automotive, Inc. to absolutely anyone.

--WARNING --The most awful liars you will ever meet in the car industry-- When I read, the comments from some people here saying that Joseph is a great mechanic, or this place its great its totally the opposite of what I experienced. To me this place is a Joke, and Joseph the biggest liar i know. After purchasing so many cars in my life, this was by far the worst experience. This place is not serious about its business, and treats customers like shyt. Their main word is don’t worry about it we are not that kind of people-- just to get around the business. I honestly wish anyone a good luck that doesn’t consider my comments here and goes here for business. Also, one thing I want to share, that’s these people here at Newton Automotive Services don’t like giving out receipts that describe what actually has been done to the car. (Sketchy) -- I am sure all the five star comments here are coming from friends, and not regular people that stop here for business- mark my word 100% ---Good luck
