-1. Worse place in the world. About to become a legal matter. Vehicle sold under fraudulent terms and failure to return $2,840. Broke down in less than 2 weeks. Sold with bad motor, and tried to cover up amongst other things!!! They stole my money now we have to go to court.

I bought a Jeep Liberty for $3950. Yes, it was a great price, but later, I found out there was a recall on ball joints on it, and my daughter was almost killed when she was driving it. Phillip, the guy who works there, said he could substitute the car for another, but that never happened. I just bought it about a year ago, and never again will i go back to Danner Auto Sales. No, the sales people are not pushy, but they will sell you cars that need alot of work done to them, and then not deliver on their promises. I didnt want to give them one star, but that was the least I could give.

Kept seeing the car I wanted on car guru...I went to look at it and bought it...From the time I got there to the time I left, I felt as if I was dealing with family..They were all wonderful...if you need a good used car, go visit them first.

This is honestly the WORST dealership Ive ever contacted. They never would answer my question and talked down to me. Because of that, Im warning you NOT TO WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Yes, they responded quickly but, they seriously need better customer service because based on other reviews Ive read and how I was just mistreated theres no way they are 5 star in customer satisfaction.

This business is very unresponsive. We were interested in a vehicle and called and emailed for days. No answer, no reply. Once I finally heard from them and let them know I ended up purchasing elsewhere, their response was unprofessional.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! ZERO STARS!!! My van just broke down so my husband and I took our baby to check out a Chevy Captiva. We drove an hour in our only car that has no A/C to meet with them about it. When we got there I mentioned wanting to look at the Pathfinder too, to see which one had a bigger back seat for multiple carseats. The guy responds by saying, Common sense tells you it is the one thats bigger. Then says he will sell me whichever one I want but never lets me see the Pathfinder! We leave confident in the Captiva so we tell them that we will go get the loan on Friday of that week (the first day my husband got off early from his 2 jobs in healthcare). They called me 3 times in two days to check in and make sure we were still going to come back on Friday. Friday morning they call again and I tell them that we will be getting the loan at 4 oclock and then heading straight there. He says that if we cant make it before closing its no big deal, that we can come Saturday and they will be happy to finish the sale. As we are walking out the bank with check in hand, my husband calls to ask if we can come or make an appointment for Saturday. The owner (Phil) proceeds to tell him that he sold the car 10 minutes ago! I come from a family of car dealers, i know that if someone comes ready to hand you cash that you will more than likely take it. But you two called me so many times that you probably have my number memorized, and you dont have the decency to call me, knowing Im in the process of getting a loan for the car, and tell me that its not available? I will never buy from your dealership or recommend it to my worst enemy. OH, and EYE CONTACT is a very good quality in a salesperson, if you want to work on that.
