Had a appointment for oil change and tire rotation. After 1hr 20 min. They finished with only my oil change with only one other car in the bay. Only did oil change and told that I didnt need a rotation. I have always did both every 5000 miles. Sorry but will not be back.Having been a customer for 5 years and experiencing sub-par customer service on my last visit, it was refreshing to hear from their manager just hours after this post. Ashley expressed concern and an apology for our last visit. She has renewed my confidence to return for service at this location of Mr. Tire. Thank you, Jeff Harrington.

This place is very petty and ill recommend all my friends to never go here!!!! The management is terrible she failed my car for crack on the back plastic light. Ive had this car for 2 yrs. Never had a problem. Went to another place and they said she was wrong!!!

If you need your car serviced and you lack trust in other service centers you have been to in the past, this is a trusted service center.They will not try to press you in an expensive repair, like a complete brake job, rotors, brakes, calipers when you just need brake pads.Pretty detailed with their work and are normally quick unless you just happen to be their at their busiest times.

Had a screw in my tire they fixed it quick and I was on my way. Very nice people would go there again.

Buyer BEWARE !!!!!DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE......WHEN THEY PUT MY NEW TIRES ON, APPARENTLY THEY BROKE MY SENSOR.....THEY TAPED THE SENSOR TO THE INSIDE OF MY TIRE....THAT WAS IN JANUARY 2021, NOW ITS OCTOBER AND APPARENTLY IT BROKE LOOSE FROM THE TAPE AND I COULD NOW HEAR IT RATTLING...THE TIRE MAN WHO CHECKED IT OUT FOR ME SAID THAT COULDVE CAUSED A BLOWOUT....IN OTHER WORDS THEY COULDVE KILLED ME AND NO ONE WOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER....PLEASE BEWARE....

I love this place..heres why..when you call there honest and everytime i drop a vehicle off to be serviced or fixed i havent been disappointed yet. Once when all it was, was a fuse they didnt even charge me labor..love these guys please come to this mr tire way better than the others and their competition..

Called to get two tires mounted on wheels not even on car. They told me it would be better to come back tomorrow, with two hours before store closing. I would not buy a tire from this place if my tire was flat in their parking lot. Very unsatisfied, never will be customer!!!!

What a wonderful customer service experience. Didnt know places like this existed anymore. I picked up something in my front tire on the way to work. Luckily it was near the Mr. Tire in Newton. I pulled in to have them put on my spare (Im a lady of a certain age, and was dressed for work in heels, etc.). The gentleman at the desk took my keys and waited patiently while I moved all the items from the back compartment of my small SUV that were covering the spare (this is during Covid-19 & I have to carry a lot of misc. supplies around right now). Although there was no appointment the job was completed promptly. Heres the shocker--when I asked the charge? No charge today, maam. Were happy to help. Guess where Im getting the four new tires I need before my vehicle inspection? You got it! That kind of service is going to get my business every time.

Quick service and don’t sell ya what you don’t need. Brought my car in for an oil change and to have the brakes checked. They were very friendly and went out of their way to explain what I needed to have done and what could wait until the next time I needed service.

Customer service here is exceptional. The lady at the front desk called me into the garage to let me know there was a stripped lug nut on my tire. They were very personable and I didnt feel like they were trying to get extra money out of me. As I was checking out the guy was making jokes and seemed like he enjoyed his job. I dont normally get tires here but after my experience today they have my business. Tremendous job by this crew!

Our car started to break down near Newton. Mr. Tires was recommended by a local auto parts store. The staff was friendly and fast. There was no wait and they went out of their way to fix our van quickly. We are back on the road and the van is driving better than it has in a long time.

Went in on a Saturday afternoon. Was early for my appointment but they took my car in earlier. Oil change finished in less than 45 minutes. Fast service helped me get in with my Saturday errands.

Went here after unexpectingly having to get a new tire and Im glad I did! I spoke with Jason and he was very patient with me even though I was annoyed and frustrated at having to purchase 2 new tires on a whim. Great place and trustworthy to get your car fixed and regular maintenance done. Mr Tire formally know as Clark Tire in Newton has been my place to go too for over 10 years. Same great staff just different name.

The guy working on my car was awesome and super friendly so this low score isn’t for the staff working on the vehicles, it’s for the woman up front. I have been in once or twice previously as a walk in and understand that they stay busy, but EVERY time she has been at the front counter and very rude. This last occasion will be the last time I use at least this locations services. She spoke very loudly when I came to pick up my car, saying we had “refused to get a new battery because we didn’t have the money to get one”. They had replaced my battery fuse and we didn’t have the money but had planned on getting a new battery after my next paycheck. Sorry we are so poor and you yelled it across the front room. Then she couldn’t find my keys and said she had no idea where they were. Looking at me as if I had inconvenienced her. I didn’t know where they had been placed. She then told me I would have to have it jumped every time I needed to start it and yelled for a guy to jump the car that needed a new battery. Once again, as if I had inconvenienced her. I apologized and said sorry I was broke at the time. Sometimes are finances don’t line up and we have to do things in steps, that’s life and thanks for trying to embarrass me. She is very unprofessional and has a bad attitude. It’s no ones business what I can afford or not afford, and by the way it’s started up multiple times since getting it on Wednesday(July 3rd) haven’t had to jump it, so thanks! I do understand it needs a battery and will be going elsewhere on payday!

Excellent service. Head a flat tire and couldnt find the leak. They spent a long time until they found what was causing the problem. Price was very reasonable.

First off Ive used Clark tire since the 80s up until 2010 or so at their hickory location. Used to get great service. So today I go to newton for a simple state inspection and tire rotation. Took 3 1/2 hours. Appointment was at 8am ( I dropped off early at 7) they called me at 11:30. My tire pressures are supposed to be 49 in the rear and 40 in the front. When I got home and checked sure enough I had 49 in the front and 40 in the rear. I could tell by the ride. Did not even adjust air pressures so I know my warning light will be coming on soon cause they didnt reset it I bet. At least thats proof they did rotate the tires. And I have aftermarket wheels. Factory lugnut torque is 100, tire rack who sold me the wheels said 66 lbs. I put a note with my key to do 66. Guess what?! Yep. Other shops give me a hassle sometimes cause they say they have to go by what the computer says so i usually just sign a waiver saying if the wheels fall off its my fault. I have the specs from tire rack showing the torque. Six years and i havent list a wheel yet! But they never even questioned it here. So....I always give shops the chance to do easy stuff first. If you cant do a simple tire rotation with attention to detail I dont trust you under the hood. Sorry! First and last visit here.
