They have very good and fast service here. Almost no wait...patched a tire for less than $25!

Went to get my brakes fixed. Bought 4 new tires, had my oil change and told them my rear brakes were making noise. 850 dollars later they said I was good to go but failed to fix the problem I came in for and now Im at shop number 2 to get the other set of brakes replaced.

Roger and the guys at Newton Tire and Auto saved our parade float! On very short notice, I called them because my fuel pump was leaking and our parade was the very next day. Roger sent a mechanic out to me at my location to make the repair. Then, the next day when I was airing up the tire, the stem broke! This be was only a few hours before we had to line up for the parade! I called Roger and he didnt think twice about it, he said bring it in and well get you going. They got it fixed in less than an hour, just in time for us to be in the parade! They really bent over backwards to help us out, customer service like that, is hard to come by these days! Thank you Roger and Newton Tire and Auto!!

They were a little busy, but they worked my tire repair in, and got me going.

Visited here for two tires to be checked for a repair because I slid into a ditch and wanted to make sure my driver side tires were ok. I was informed by the lady at the counter that if they saw my tires needed a repair that it would be $17.00 and some change plus tax. I was ok with that, even though tire repairs at Walmart are $5.00 but I was trying to support a local business. So after an hour and a half of waiting, I go to the counter to pay and she tells me my total is $39.29. So I replied both of them needed to be repaired. She said well you had some dirt and grass we cleaned out and we polished the beads. So I asked again if there was an actual repair done to the tires? She said no. So I was charged full price for something I did not receive x2. I will not visit this place again. Pretty disappointed. I did not expect it to be free but not full price where services were not rendered.

This place is no good. People need to watch out. They will screw your car up. They do shady work. They were suppose to fix spark plugs wires that were cut in half. No replacing, but instead of so called soldering the wires then putting electrical tape on it. All for it to act up again. Then had a apim module acting up and they tell you all you have to do is hold the power button on for two minutes. And it quit on high way again. Had to take it to the dealership and it was bad and had to be replaced. So stay away, you are at risk of them screwing your car up.

We asked for some used tires. They found two at a good price, way cheaper than new, did the work in the time frame they said they would, and followed our instructions accurately on which tires to replace. Good job.

I am new to Newton and after picking up a nail in my tire, I called Newton Tire and Auto . The staff was helpful and welcoming from the moment I called, and when I went in, they were super helpful. When I waited, I noticed how many people were repeat customers and how much the team enjoyed them all, including the new guy. Better for a review here on Google, I must say how quick they were and (gasp!) did not try to upsell or push other services. Which had the bonus impact of me now wanting to only come here and always let them guide me on future service and care for tires and automotive.

This is the worst tire place in Newton. Not only did they take more than 3hrs to patch a tire they kept mis gendering my friend.

Called up in morning and was able to get replacement tires by the end of the day. Other places were next day only. Jack was extremely friendly and helpful. I plan on coming back for other services.

Tire service has always been great here, so we decided to take our Van in when it needed new rotors due to them being warped.Long story short, after two weeks in the shop, one test drive with lots of issues, the van ended up with the same issues it went in with and us with less cash in our pockets. Weve now taken our van to another shop in town to have the repairs done right.Keep it to tires and youre good to go here. Anything else, take it elsewhere in my opinion.

They had my car for over a month and I now have to take it somewhere else the day after picking it up to get it fixed. The lady up front is very rude and clueless she just spatters a bunch of nonsense and has no clue of anything going on in the shop but some how she’s the manager. Just save yourself the time and money and take your vehicle somewhere else

Came here for used tire traveling to Arizona. Even though she could not help she sent me to a place that would. She was friendly and very nices. Goes along way when traveling.

The prices seem reasonable, but the service I didnt receive was terrible.I called Monday inquiring about an alignment before my out-of-state trip on Sunday. The rep I spoke to quoted me a price for a four wheel alignment but never mentioned an appointment was needed, nor did he offer to schedule me.So, I went in today (my only day off this week) expecting to be able to get my car aligned only to be told flatly that alignments we by appointment only. She told me she could schedule an appointment Thursday, which was unavailable to me. I mean, I would have been willing to leave my car there all day in hopes of getting squeezed in, but the offer wasnt even made.So, Ill take my business to Wichita. Its $10 more expensive, but they can get me in at a time thats good for me and they dont need an appointment.

I have gone to Newton Tire & Auto for a long time. The service is always very courteous. The staff are generally VERY nice and accommodating.Over time Ive run into a few problems, but nothing major. e.g. broke a piece of my hub cap and didnt tell me - just put it in my passenger seat...
