Rule Boston Camera is amazing, they have gone above and beyond for me over and over. I own a small production company but have never been treated that way, they always have my back. In addition they offer competitive prices. They also thoroughly check and service their gear. I will not go anywhere else, they are true professionals and love what they do.

Went into Rule today unannounced looking for some help rigging my extra big set up. A Sony F35 and a Canon 30-300mm. I was a newbie when it came to a rig this big. Jon Mullin was there to guide me through the set up and even recommended gear I would need. Everything went smoothly from set up to check out. I felt comfortable leaving the shop ready to go shoot. This place is amazing! I wish we had the likes of this in Denver! This summer I was shooting a conference in Boston. I had my first on site disaster resulting in a broken lens. I texted my assistant in Denver to line up a replacement rental ASAP. Rule was super helpful and accomodating and had exactly what I needed at a very reasonable rental price. They made the pick up and drop off super seamless. Service was friendly and empathetic. AND they didnt nickel and dime me over an extra hour or two which was super helpful and stress-reducing, as when I dropped it off, I was trying to check out of my hotel, arrange a ride to Rule and then the airport. I called and they said dont sweat bringing it a couple hours late. That helped a ton! Cant recommend this shop enough. Please come to Denver :)

Probably the best production rental in the area. The people here are very sweet and warm. The other day, I rented some equipment from them and had a few questions. Alex lopez went above and beyond to make sure all my questiosn were answered. Also, when i left the store I forgot to collect all the stuff i ordered and they called me while I was on my way back to le tme know that i forgot some of my stuff but I already came a long way by then, but BRyan stayed back AFTER HOURS for me untill I come back to Rule and get all the stuff I need. He is just awesome. As long as BRyan is working for Rule they have my business.

Great place to rent film production equipment, the people are awesome here and really helpful! They have speakers come in and teach about film and also have lots of resources they offer to the community.

This guy makes it simple. Great passport photo. Plus, hes quite pleasant to speak with. All for $10.95 woohoo indeed!

Good gear, but staff was a little rude to me when I couldn’t pay a deposit on a rental. (I don’t have a credit card as I’m a student.) made it seem like I didn’t make enough money and shot me down. Won’t be coming back.

Kind of lame for a business like this to be closed on a Saturday and keep standard weekday hours. How do working people use this business.
