Fastest service ever. And it was the same even 3 years ago.Classy, keep it up!

Sometimes they close early and sometimes their attitude is poor at this one but most of the time theyre good hopefully theyll get better

Nice short trail that leads to great rocky beaches with stunning views. Trail is flat but not really stroller friendly.

I waited five minutes to place my order for the Barista to tell me they don’t have no more tea, no honey blends. She gave me a face that she didn’t want to take my order or want to be there. This Starbucks needs new management.

Ordered black tea lemonade with Splenda. Got straight up black tea, no Splenda. I wouldnt think it would be that hard to follow the order.

Only store closest to me and the highway, and always has their mobile ordering OFF!! Beyond annoying bc this is the only SB that consistently turns off their mobiles and it enrages me bc its the only coffee i drink and sometimes don’t drink anything before work bc everything is out of the way and/or disgusting

I have been to this store couple of times. The first time the person making the coffees seam nervous, did not interact with me at all, when I attempt to get a tray he snap at me. I thought wow. Second time today, my card is as low so I had to reload it, I moved away and pull my mask down so my phone could see ky face to reload, he snap at me again, telling me to put my mask on. If you are really that concern you should be home. I put my life on the line in the operating room everyday to everyone. And worst of all, he was bare hands touching everything, i told him, dont worry, i wont come here again, and you did not use gloves, his response: i washed my hands, i did not see that! I replied, and you should sanitize it. Well. Done for me!!

Perfectly fine traditional Starbucks offerings, parking lot set up is awful

Last week was the first time we visited this place. But It is surely not the last. We had great time with the attentive service, with the first-rate dishes and wine and with the modest charge. We will definitely go back there in a short time.

Great Starbucks! I sent my order to the wrong place and they made it there anyway free of charge! I really appreciate this service especially from a large company that can probably spare the cost of a few drinks.

They never have a Dark Roast coffe on the evening, I dont know why!

This is the Starbucks closest to my work. Its still enough of a hike that I can really only stop in on my way to work in the morning, but the staff are friendly and very efficient.

Standard Starbucks; staff has gotten a lot better recently. There was a blip when they were missing a bunch of mobile orders but they seem to have gotten back on track. Will definitely be back!

Staff is always friendly, and orders are usually ready within 5 minutes when ordering ahead with the app. During COVID protocols, enter from the back parking lot, and exit through the front (Galen St) door.

Ive been to this location twice, the first being on a week night and pretty busy. Slow service, but fine. Today I went in the afternoon and they went out of their way to be really helpful.

Have to give these guys a shout out. I was in yesterday around 3:40pm and they were absolutely SLAMMED. It took 20 minutes to get my drinks and one was made wrong (hot instead of iced, we survived) but these guys were polite (even to the rude people) and HUSTLING.

This is one of my favorite locations. Their staff is well trained and prompt, and they have consistent order accuracy. There is seating and parking available for those interested which is always a nice perk.

I dont go to starbucks but, will go for clients if they request me doing so. This is your typical overpriced coffee shop for the more well to do than those who just want good coffee. Still, the store was very clean and the people kind, helpful, friendly.

I have been to Starbucks all over the world and this one is by far the worst. Not sure if this is were everyone in New England goes to train but I one has a clue what they are doing. The place is always dirty and it takes forever. Do yourself a favor and keep driving. Go up to Mt Auburn or over to soldiers field. Just keep going.

This is probably one of the better locations Ive been to. The staff is great and they always take the time to make sure my order is correct and that Im happy with it.

A smaller Starbucks but the parking is ample and customer turnover in the store is decent. Seating is limited but the location is hard to beat. If you are driving consider leaving out the back driveway to the side street to get to the light and you wont have to fight traffic to make your turn.

This is a great Starbucks. Ample parking, nice layout, a variety of seating - small tables, a bench, comfortable chairs, a coffee bar. Its usually not too busy, so I dont feel bad hanging out for several hours. Also, the folks behind the counter are all pretty nice. The air system is a little wonky, so sometimes it swings warm and sometimes a little cold.

I asked for a venti ice water, before my boyfriend had ordered his Frappuccino, and the lady was not pleased, and hadnt even filled the cup all the way. We had ordered something, and for some reason even added to the tip jar, minus the satisfaction of good service.Ill wait until were on the highway for a service center next time

I always find that the Starbucks at a rest stop are 4x faster than the stand alone locations.
