I had a difficult situation and specific needs to get computer information transferred. Computer Pro staff worked very hard to meet my needs and quickly. They were knowledgeable and able to rebuild my email to the format I requested. They did lots of manual work to get this done and really worked to make this issue right for me. I appreciated their attention to my needs and they listened to my needs. They strive to do what is best for the customer.

They have done repairs for me several times & I found them to be very helpful.

Helped prolong the life of my old faithful Windows 7 machine until it would no longer boot, then extracted my files/folders/settings and put them on a new external USB HD so nothing was lost. Great service, probably saved me a ton of money by convincing me to not invest in new hardware components in an ancient computer.

They are always busy and do great work they also do cell phone repair work also at there shop on the south side of the square its a great place to do business with very knowledgeable and friendly people .

Best computer/ mobile device service in a 50 mile radius, easily. Why spend boatloads of cash on a new phone when the techs at Computer Pro can fix it all!

Guys are great fixin my laptop

These guys (and gal) are top notch! IMHO simply fair priced, knowledgeable and fast. They not only seel new equipment and do service work, but also provide mobile services for phones and data.. and wooooah if you are a serious old school hardware fan like me.. ask to see their Jurassic Parts store room in the back... just beware.. the Old T-I99a Rex might get you! ;)

First time coming to this business. Was very pleased with their knowledge and service. They stand behind you until your problem is fixed as long as you notify them in a timely manner. My issue showed its ugly head the next day after bringing my pc home. Took it right back in and they realized my virus protection was corrupt. Ever since that fix and major clean up on my pc it has worked just fine and they even hooked me up with the latest virus/malware protection. Will definitely stay a loyal customer and refer all friends and family in the future.

I hesitated with writing this review because I thought the staff was very friendly, but at the same time, Computer Pro wasted my time and money. I paid $50 to have my laptop service, but they failed to fix the issue. I took it back for additional service (free of charge), and they once again failed to fix the issue.My problem was my internal battery laptop was shutting down randomly when *not plugged in*. I explained this to the staff, but they still tested it by leaving it *plugged in* for hours, not understanding what I told them the problem was.
